LOL they've hit a tipping point over in Squeeler-ville. The realization that not only are they not a playoff team, but they might legitimately finish in last place behind the BROWNS has set in. I can't believe that guy said he thinks the NFL will merge with the Arena League, in no way shape or form does that even make any logical sense. The crazies come out when things are at their worst on these team forums.

They think just because their defense is garbage that the NFL is now a no contact league. Delusional lol.

I will repeat again how fortunate we were to win IN Cleveland. I expected Pittsburgh to lose, and Cleveland always splits with Cincinnati even when they're bad. It's a longshot but if Cincy is swept by them it wouldn't surprise me too much.

Ties are ties, wins are wins, losses are losses. We are in sole possession of 1st in the AFC North. If we finish 12-4 and they finish 11-3-2 those "half wins" are still meaningless.

Congrats to Browns on giving the Steelers a serious beatown. Browns fans waited for many years to see this. Have fun Browns fans!

I enjoy this post by a Steelers fan - "FIRE TOMLIN>>>>>HE IS TERRIBLE...come on Rooneys....HE IS NO CHUCK NOLL......"

I hate to admit this but I enjoy watching Cowboys last few weeks. They play some good football.

They've been so overrated the past few years that they've become permanently underrated. I honestly think that they, along with the Giants, are top 3 teams in the NFC.

Yeah, it took them time but they built a very good team. That O line is fantastic.

And if Dallas pulls off a win here I have no problem declaring them the best team in the NFC, perhaps the whole NFL.

Their OL is legendary, and that defense that was supposed to be historically bad is playing waaaay above expectations.

I'll also admit that I've also kinda rooted for Romo. To me he's no different from say, Matt Ryan but for some reason he takes all the crap from media and fans.

They want him gone, along with Todd Haley and Dick Lebeau and half the players. I'd laugh at their short-sightedness if we weren't similar after a loss.

The Steelers hate firing coaches but you have to think Tomlin is on a pretty short leash right now.

Yeah, the stupid losses are mounting up (lol Tebow) and I don't rate his drafting either. You have to wonder if they'll lose patience soon. Sportscenter would go nuts.

How much are the Steelers hating that they took Shazier with Martin and Mosley going off the board right after? Zack Martin has made Dallas's OL one of the NFL's best and CJ Mosley is a top 2 DROY candidate.

Shazier...was inactive today.

I agree, some of us are nasty after a loss and sometimes I cringe seeing that. I guess some people take their emotions a little further than others. I sometimes would scream at the TV but try to be rational here on forums. Many of us including me wait all week for that special day each weekend and I am not sure if that is a good thing or not.   :229031_rant:

Seattle is definitely not as strong as they were last year.

Not sure I'd take them over, say, the Giants in the playoffs.

Isn't he still hurt from the Carolina game?

This quote from Steelers Fever is priceless:

Steelers doing bad, so its clear that the entire NFL is going to cease to exist. Hilarious. Non-contact game? Yeah...okay.

Did Ryan Clark post that? Lol

I don't think shazier will turn out to be a bad pick. He's injured now. What's hurting the steelers now is they haven't done what they used to do and have been holding on to some aging vets too long at high prices. They would be in better shape now if they had made some if the tough choices the ravens front office has been making the last couple years. I expect them to be better next year after finally going with a youth movement this year.
