I haven't done this in a while. But the game against Dallas was filled with surprises. What surprised you the most about the game?

I believe it was us shutting down Dallas's passing game. I thought their OL was going to be dominant and we were going to lack coverage due to our blitzing scheme. To my surprise we still got pressure, yet was able to obtain top-notch coverage as well.

Shutting down the Cowboys passing game wasn't that big of a surprise to me. I voted for "weathering the come back"

I was a little nervous when they closed the game to 2 points...both times lol

I agree I still thought the Cowboy's were going to win. They were down by 2 points and we just got the ball back with 3 minutes. What scared me the most, was they had 3 timeouts the whole time. Then we break that long run with McGahee for a TD. But then I was still scared after that.

I kept thinking they were going to pull off the comeback.

I voted 'weathering the come back' aswell'. We haven't won a tight game all year, and until right at the end the game was pretty tight.

Oh yeah! Definitely! If it wasn't for that, we might had to come back from behind instead of protecting our lead.

But after the fake field goal, didn't we end up kicking a field goal anyways? I can't remember.

T.O. not blowing up surprised me. Although now I think about it he did blow up on Pac Man Jones when he gave up the TD to Mason.

One would think that with all of our blitzing schemes, TO would see man-to-man coverage occasionaly. How dare Romo not throw the ball his way! I was very surprised that TO didn't implode. He was probably trying very hard not too, because you know he wanted to.

Romo & Witten = BFF

No, that was when Flacco threw to Mason in the corner of the endzone, remember? That was huge putting us up another TD versus just a FG.

I didnt see the option of, McGahee breaks record for longest rushing yard attempt, and then the next possession McClain breaks McGahees record in Texas stadium.

I would have to say that our converted FB-to-HB breaking his teammate's record for longest TD run in Texas Stadium on the next play from scrimmage. Go LeRon!

We drew first blood so quickly it gave me further doubt we were going to win. I thought our Offense would never be able to move the ball with that much pressure. Then the Offensive line stepped up and gave Flacco time.

Yep, it was definitely "weathering the comeback" for me. We've been burned too many times with that and I was impressed that we out-comebacked them. I was especially worried because of the time on the clock, the fact that we didn't burn enough of the time when we had the ball [although it was because we were scoring quickly, so not really a complaint] and they had all of their timeouts. I was a-skeered.

Although I did like at the end that Flacco would take the snap and kind of crouch before he took a knee to kill the clock more. But then the ref seemed to make him stop that.

Except for the Giants, Colts, and the last Steeler game, we average around 30 points. I felt we would come back to gain the lead the way our defense was playing. We shut down or limited Andre Johnson, Plaxico Burress, Chad Johnson, TJ Ray'sYourDaddy, DeSean Jackson, Sanatana Moss. Although I was very concerned about Owens, I know we have a history of making young QBs who have never faced us miserable.

I picked that McGahee contributed on offense because I have been hoping for almost half the season that he would show me McGahee '07. I picked it more of a recognition for him making a great play for our team when it REALLY counted. I thought it would come out during the Skins game, but he played poorly, had a fumble, then in the game against Pitt he let up a sack that might have cost us the game. I was beginning to feel like all his injuries made him a liability for turnovers. I thought we would just have to scratch this season off as a slump year for him. I was ecstatic to see him break free for a 77 Yard TD, set a record in Texas Stadium for the longest rush by a visiting team (soon to be broken by "Bring The Pain" McClain). But he had a lot of good runs in that game. He had that one catch that led to a FG before the half and I honestly feel that he won us the game with that long run. He broke Dallas' spirit and helped us keep our lead. What if TO and Witten were getting those TD anyway if we scored or not? We needed someone to step up and make Jerry Jones regret chosing us as a "soft" team to play the final home game at TX Stadium. We needed a TD and Willis McGahee set a carreer record run getting us back in the lead. McGahee proved why we picked him to be a Raven and why we chose him to proudly wear the Maryland crest on his shoulder. I'm very proud of him and I hope hope he continues to show great things.

#1 should honestly be a fake punt for a 9 yard gain!!! I don't think we have ever faked a punt in our entire history as a franchise.

I'm not surprised we put up 33 points after all the other high scoring games we've had.

Mcgahee, that was the surprise.
