Wow that was a butt whooping on those Panthers! Congratulations on the Ravens season so far! Really wish the Pack could play the Ravens more often. Ravens I believe are back and going to be contenders. We need a defense like you guys have! I am jealous lol. Congrats again!

Thanks. The pack looked great. Rodgers is my Media network approved "elite" QB favorite. Jordy Nelson and Cobb were spot on. They used their skill sets. The Bears D and Cutlers picks along with Bears moron mistakes played right into Rodgers' hands.

We played the Pack at home two years ago and lost a close one. The Pack is a class organization. One of my best friends is a pack fan.

I'm not usually too fond of other fans being on our forum but you've shown nothing but respect to our team. Kudos to you Packfan. Glad to see the Packers roll back int form yesterday as well.

This mutual admiration society stuff is sickeningly sweet. We don't need any condescending and

patronizing adulation from Packers fans. Their team and ours are totally different. There's no chance

we will see the Pack in February 'cause they aren't that good. We would have beaten them when they were in BMore were it not for some unfortunate coaching errors. Wake up and smell the roses, Ravens

fans!

Don't be taken in by the fans of other teams who could care less how we finish. This isn't a fantasy

football league; it's a blog site. BLOG LIKE A RAVEN! In the words of Vince Lombardi, "winning isn't

everything; it's the only thing."

Oh. BTW. Packfan! Congrats on your great victory over the Bears yesterday! Rodgers looked awesome and the victory had everything to do with how well your team played, not how poorly Da Bears' Jay Cutler and Jared Allen played, not to mention Da Bears' decimated defensive backfield. Your team looked

like Super Bowl Champs yesterday. Good luck the rest of the way! Really!? I could care less if you

win another game.

Totally uncalled for. Packfan has visited with us many times. I know quite a few people who are fans of both teams, myself included.

What's wrong with a bit of mutual respect and showing some class to another fanbase? If I didn't know better I'd say it affects you personally.

Cheers, I know you said you'd rather the Smiths to Jordy and Cobb (dunno why!) but like I said, I lot of us are jealous of what you guys have been able to consistently do offensively - and that's before we get into how you guys seem to cover injuries so well.

Good win against the Bears too - another great rivalry that's actually a great rivalry despite losing its media lustre to the Hawks-9ers flavour of the month.

Totally uncalled for since we are fans and don't have actual ties, I'm assuming, to the NFL teams other than possibly birthplace or a family team. That's not a strong enough tie to be a complete jerk to someone who has been nothing but kind and friendly when he's been on the board

Much respect. You'd want our defense even with how many people around here pick it apart :)

First of all, my post was totally inaccurate! Jared Allen didn't play in the game so he couldn't have

played poorly as I suggested. I apologize for that, Jared!

We'll just have to agree to disagree about the rest of my post. You re entitled to your opinion and

I'm entitled to mine. That being said, I cannot fathom how you can be a fan of both teams as you

suggest you are. What if I said on this blog that I was a fan of the Ravens and the Redskins. Now,

that would be uncalled for!

You obviously do not remember the 1965 playoff game between the Colts and Packers, when Don

Chandler's FG attempt was called good even though it was wide right. It was the impetus for the goal post uprights being extended. It's called "The Baltimore Extension." I still haven't figured out why the NFL with all its money doesn't use laser beams to determine whether FGs are good or bad when they are that close. We would have won the game but the officials gave it to the Pack. Yes, it used to be a fierce rivalry but it no longer is. Truly, Aaron Rodgers couldn't carry Bart Starr's or Johnny U's cleats. They were too heavy for him but that's all beside the point.

On this point we may all be able to agree. I would love to see both of our teams advance to the Super

Bowl so that we could show the Packer fans what a truly elite quarterback looks like. We owe them

one!

Do you think Vince Lombardi would have been a fan of both teams? Hmmmmmm? He would have probably said something like "football is not a contact sport; dancing {and blogging [sic]} are contact sports;

football is a collision sport and the team that wins the most collisions generally wins the game."

Now, bring on the professional football team from Indy, whose name I won't mention!

Ravens 35 Indy 31

Lombardi also put class and respect up pretty high. You could learn something from that.

yeah, I'm not sure what spurred that rant.  It's not like the guy's handle is "patsfan".  :P

I'm curious how Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix is doing. Has he been impressive so far?

I think we made the right move drafting Mosely but its hard to argue we don't need free safety help right about now.

What a great rebuttal! Thanks for the tip, dude! And here's one for you --- on a rainy day, bet on the grey.

We played a tough close game last year in Baltimore. It was a great game between our ball clubs. Ravens are one of those teams that always has a tough as nails defense. Their offense is getting better too. Sorry about Rice guys. We all make mistakes. I know a few Packers in the past that have done stuff like that. Wish ya the best against Indy this week.

HaHa is struggling.  Calvin Pryor was doing well until he hurt his knee last week.

CB Kyle Fuller is having a ROY season.  There is no regret on my part for their pick on Mosely over those Safeties.  He's also on ROY pace too.  Had the Ravens taken Fuller the linebacking corps would be as dominant bu there'd have been better balance in the secondary.  But like I said - no regrets.
