I like this game. Going to be  tough with that stout DL and a very good LB in Kuechly. We will need to have extra blockers in there to protect Joe in the middle. Zuttah knows them, so it will be nice to have a center who knows how that DL plays, but that can work against you as well.

The Panthers like to play tough D and run the ball. We always do well against teams with similar philosophies. If we play more physical then them then we should be okay.

I'm hoping this game does something to OldManJenkins especially at home.

Need to watch the Steelers game to learn more. Still hope they win tonight.

That's one heck of a defense, we're gonna play against. We will have to adjust our gameplan on offense, after Pitta got injured and hopefully we can finally fix our red zone problems. Can't complain too much, because we are actually getting better on that side of the ball (even, if it is a slow process) on defense on the other hand...ugh, Hoyer looked like freaking Unitas out there. -_-

Call me a bad person, but it'd be a real boost if Greg Hardy's still deactivated for this one.

Again I like how we match up, but we need a more complete showing from the defence.

Force Cam newton to throw poor passes and we should be fine.

And when Cam racks up 300 on us at home what will you be saying then?

I think Hardy might be the "bad person" in this equation...

I think home field advantage + Steve Smith, Sr. will be the deciding factors here. Unfortunately it looks like Pitta won't be with us, but I'll bet Flacco will look to Smith Sr. a lot; hopefully Owen Daniels and Torrey Smith also get some good action. Jacoby Jones has been quiet lately - I don't expect a touchdown return in this game, but hopefully he starts making big plays in the near future. The run game should be average at worst, since we've done pretty well with it so far. Panthers D can be tough, but with 3 games experience now, I think we'll be able to score enough points here to win. Our defense will have to step it up though, seeing as we let the Browns get 3 touchdowns and nearly 300 passing yards. I doubt it will be a blowout, but I think we come away with a big home win and improve to 3-1 to maintain a good pace in the division. Revenge for Steve Smith, Sr.!

I think Jimmy shuts down Kelvin. Still a rookie no matter how tall he is.

But I don't like thinking about what Cam might do to our defense.

I really like what guys like Suggs and Upshaw figure to do against his running - from sealing the edge to straight up stuffing him if needs be. Mosley and Daryl could use some big games too.

Agreed. I haven't seen much pressure this year but when the Pocket does collapse we usually clean it up very well. Cam might break 1 big run but we should have it covered from there. I would much rather him beat us through the air than Ground. Unless he wants to fumble or injure himself.

Yeah, and Suggs blowing up that end-around for a loss of 10 was a thing of beauty. Whether or not he's getting sacks, he's still an asset in the front seven.

Despite the short comming of our secondary the only weapon on the Panthers that scares me is Greg Olsen.

But on Defense, lets not forget that the last time we played Kuechly he ...well.. Destroyed us.

Can't wait to see the Steelers lose so I can build a scouting report of sorts.

Think Mosley will be able to do a decent job on Olsen.

I want Carolina and Pittsburgh to beat each other up real bad tonight with Carolina winning of course.

And a massive brawl where half of the Panthers DL gets suspended for a week and the Steelers OLmen done for a month.
