Ravens' record vs cowgirls all-time: 3-0
Ravens record vs cowgirls at Texas Stadium: 1-0
Last QB to EVER win at Texas Stadium: rookie named Joe
Nail in the coffin run and record-setting rush: Leron McClain
Back-to-back rushing TD's and NFL record: McGahee/McClain

Bad choice Jerry.

How could he overlook Ray and Co's pride? Thats what makes me angry. I'll bet he was licking his chops in August when all the QB's went down and the rookie had to start. Karma is a Raven.

We destroyed what was supposed to be a beautiful night for Dallas fans! Jerry Jones asked for us and got exactly what he wanted. A Baltimore Ravens team that opened up their mouths and jammed the ball down their throats and shut the light off on our way out

I thought the schedule was computer generated? But you know, I don't doubt that Jerry Jones tried to pull the "I'm Jerry Jones" crap and lean on the schedule makers to draw the Ravens late in the season.

That takes an awful lot of chutzpah from 'ole Skeletor Jones to want the Ravens because he sees them as the weakest team on the schedule. I'm glad he and all the Cowboys fans got what they wanted. :D

It's not computer generated. The New England Patriots asked for their 4 West Coast games to be 2 and 2 back to back so that they could STAY out on the West Coast. That by the way was BS that they were granted it, but whatever

You could also argue that it's BS that the Patriots are playing the 32nd ranked NFL Strength of Schedule after being busted for cheating and going 16-0 in the previous season. But hey, they're the Patriots. All aboard the NFL Bandwagon! Woo-woo!

This snippet from a Yahoo write up made my afternoon:
But by the end, Jones was gripped with quiet anger as he watched the final two minutes tick away. So much so that when a friend tried to console him, Jones walked away, preferring to find any spot of solitude in the cavernous home of some of the NFL

Dont be that naive. Of course thats why we were the team that was scheduled to play the Cowboys last home game. Its the same reason the O's were scheduled for the last game at Yankee stadium and we selected the Raiders game to inductee JO into the ring of honor.
Yeah, if you could hand pick from all the definately weaker teams in the NFL like the Lions, 49ers, Rams, and Browns why not specially put in a request for the Baltimore Ravens? After all, how could you ever think of a blue collar team with the loudest fans in all of sports who also play the Steelers twice a year as "Tough"? We have 13 Pro-Bowl players, most of them have made repeated appearances with Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Chris McAlister, Samari Rolle, Terrell Suggs, Bart Scott, Trevor Pryce, Brendon Ayanbadejo, Todd Heap, Willis McGahee, Lorenzo Neal, Willie Anderson, and Matt Stover. (Now we have 14 including Le'Ron "Bring The Pain" McCalin, but he wasn't a pro-bowler when Jerry Jonesy made his decision before the season).

Maybe our players said is best:

And to add insult to injury, Deon Sanders said during the game, that when someone close to Jerry Jones suggested that the Cowboys should play the Bengals in the last game at Texas Stadium because it would be a easy win, Jones reply was, "Why would I want to play the Bengals they have two good receivers, and a quarterback, let's play the Ravens." I'm glad we was able to rain on their parade. The Cowboys sucks! LOL

Ok, all other talk aside here. But the Ravens' management really, really needs to see this about the NFL allowing Jerry Jones - or any team for that matter - to have it their way. All teams that have not taken advantage of this BS needs to write a complaint letter to Roger Goodell, and call the NFL out on this. This is the proof that all fans know happens with certain teams - favortism by the NFL - and needs to stop.

Gee, what's next, finding the so-called "smoking gun" that the Refs really do make calls that helps certain teams?!?

When I heard Dion Sanders talk about how Jerry Jones picked the Ravens to be the last team to play the Cowboys in Texas stadium, and over the Bengals, I could not believe what I was hearing.

Really, of all the teams, which one do you think would have been the logical choice to play the Dallas Cowboys as their last home game ever in Texas stadium. Simply answer, is the Washington Redskins. Why? Again, simple answer, is that a) the Redskings are a division opponent, and B) the arch rivals of the Cowboys. But Noooooooo, Jerry Jones wanted to "ensure" that the Cowboys beat up on a team that looked awful last year. Well, as Gomer Pyle says..."Surprise, surprise, surprise!"

Seriously, the Ravens' management really needs to get on this, and bring in other teams about it. Just like I don't like the bit about the Patriots asking and being granted back-to-back games on the West Coast as well. If it happens that way due to some "computer generated" schedule as it should be, then fine, but unless *all* teams get one pick per season on who they play and when of their opponents that year, then that is total BS by the NFL.

Gee, guess you can't tell how P-Oed this info has made me, huh? ;)
I do believe he only had a limited choice, between the AFC North teams. He got to choose one of the teams already on the Cowboys' slate.
Fine, take out Lions.

Yeah, if you could hand pick from all the definately weaker teams in the NFL like the Bengals, 49ers, Rams, and Browns why not specially put in a request for the Baltimore Ravens?
