New drug policy agreed on but not finalized yet

The NFL and players association has reached a deal on the new drug policy. They upped the level for marijuana. Change the suspensions for some others and it includes HGH testing but not on game day. Then they go and agree: "» A two-game suspension will be issued upon conviction or plea agreement for driving under the influence". So, endangering the lives of others is just a slap on the wrist. The other changes were needed but this one is not right. They do not even have any escalation for more than one offense if I am reading it right.

There shouldnt even BE a legal limit. Nobody shojld tske drugs in the first place!
