The Mom Gene

The New Show "Wired"

I'M JUST CURIOUS... How do people feel about the new Wired" show?  Living in FL, I must watch this type of coverage online.  I like this very much.  It really does give us another perspective of the game and our guys.  I found Joe to be really proactive in leading the offense in the Cincinnati game.  We were able to see the struggle, and to see the emergence in the second half as well.

I really enjoyed it.

I really liked it....and agree that it gives a much different view of Joe than so many think they see.  he was a vocal leader, was engaged with Kubiak, the receivers and even Suggs.  I still have a ton of confidence in this team and feel good about tonight!

What channel is it on?

And I've always thought Flacco was a leader. He's not the stereotype "rah rah get pumped get pumped leader," though. He's the "We got this. Let's keep working and let's kick some butt together" type of leader.

Frankly, I've always liked that type of leadership more.

I watched it here....  online.

The show's host is Keith Mills...  I am not sure but it may have taken the place of Raven's Report.

I think Mom Gene is talking about the one the Ravens produce, independently of the NFLN show of the same name.

I thought it was really good and very insightful. The Ravens have done these types of shows before and had their "Behind the Bench" series but this seems more in-depth. It would break down critical plays, including the missed connection between Flacco and Pitta on 3rd down.

A lot of behind the scenes stuff and I love hearing the players in the heat of battle.

I agree about wanting the breakdown like the Pitta throw....who saw what, how did he and Joe talk about it later, etc.  I also LOVED "Behind the Bench" as I find it so interesting to see how the players are reacting to the game situation etc.

Agreed - Behind the Bench is cool because of exactly what you said. Plus, you could hear the coaches doing their jobs with their units.

I feel a bit more confident in our guys after watching it. We have resilient group of guys on the team, real Ravens. I think they will be much better against the Steelers.
