.....that comment reminds me of the Tomlin incident ........

so what your saying is you think he decided to kick a guy in the face.........one thats not in line with the rest of browns career....and why would he try to kick a guy in the face on a run back......he was obviously trying to jump over him and he didnt quite make it

This should be an interesting matchup - the Steelers never invest in their secondary, so our receivers should have more open looks.  The key, as always, will be offensive line blocking and Joe's ability to get the play to the right guy at the right time.

He jumps wayyy too far out for a ' hurdle'. He doesn't even bring up his back foot and he drives down upon impact.

Hello everyone, I think the steelers offense is looking great. But the defense is another story.

The Score will be Steelers 34 Ravens 31

Wouldn't expect bell to have 200 yards again..

Honestly no idea what to expect..

Let's go ahead and make it Pitt 34 bal 10... Who knows who cares with how they played today

And the receivers have to catch the ball. A repeat of this game is unacceptable.

NFL rumor Steelers to be without WR Brown possible 1-6 game suspension to be handed down

Yea that's not happening

Can't do anything but move on... if we go 0-2 in the Division (at Home no less), you can probably kiss our chances at the AFC North crown bye bye.

if you watch the gif im seeing all over he tries to jump over his shoulder but doesnt make it far enough. at the same time the punter cringes a bit putting himself right under brown, brown has two choices at this point, land on him in an awkward position or get his feet under him, he chooses option two to the dismay of the punter

I havent watched the ravens game yet due to the fact that it was on at the same time as the steelers game, but your defense seemed to be better than ours. The steelers in the second half looked dreadful on defense......I was not happy.

so playing us might fix your offensive woes

No Antonio Brown didn't kick the punter in the face on purpose. No it is not the punter's responsibility to not get kicked in the face, it's the receiver's responsibility not to put his spikes at eye level in that situation, similar to the rules governing defenders hitting receivers/runners. If not, it would not have been flagged as unnecessary roughness. It was not malice, but it was adrenaline-fueled recklessness. I don't see a suspension, although one wouldn't surprise me given the fact that is was to the head/neck area, but I do expect a fine.

As long as Sam Koch wears a full face helmet I think we will be okay.... ;)

In all honesty, it was not a KICK to the face as much as he stepped on his face in mid air.   Really.

So Thursday,  the steelers lay down for NO ONE, especially us. Hell or high water both teams fight to the death.

I say, as with every RAVENS steelers game, its a back and forth blood bath.  RAVENS with the W by six or less.

i agree with both of these posts 100%.

the play deserved a flag, and it also deserves a fine. he was reckless and you cant kick a guy in the face accident or not.....but if it was on purpose he would deserve to be suspended....but if it wasnt then he only should be fined......i think it was an accident

Well the Steelers went the entire 2nd half without scoring (until the FG in the last 5 seconds) and their defense let the Browns come back from 27 -3 down.

So, there is hope for us!

And we welcome the good ones. The others we beg our posters not to feed. Give the mods a chance to take out the trash. Feeding them just makes us have to clean up more of a mess.

IDK...... I just saw the head on view on TV and it looked like Brown looked right at the guys face and purposely stepped on him. Accident?

yea it was ugly, but i hope that that was mostly due to the fact that we were up 27-3 on the browns and we let up a bit. now thats a problem but one that is fixable

if it was on purpose brown is some kind of kung fu master.......im sure he looked at the guy, he is a potential tackler. But to believe he did it on purpose you have to believe that in a split second Brown decided to jump kick a guy in the face and pulled it off perfectly.......thats some Jet-LI talent there
