The good thing is I don't think we had any injuries. Bad for the bengals cause they a couple. Back to the drawing board. Hopefully we rock the steelers thursday

Left a lot of points on the field today... I'm optimistic the offense will click though . Save for AJ Green being AJ green , we dominated the second half. Nice adjustments at half time.

It was bad and we still almost pulled off a win. Where was the safety on the Green play? chykie Brown... One on one?

At best, Chykie Brown might be able to start on a Division III college team! Why we continue to use him when he does nothing but get burned and/or get interference call because he never turns to look for the ball!!  Hes a joke!

And to top it off, Webb is great corner when hes healthy, but lets face it..... how often is that!  Time to cut our losses with him and go get a corner that doesn't have to play 15 yards off of the receiver like brown!

Not much Pierce could've done with that idiot Juan Castillos scheme blocking!  He has single handedly destroyed the 15+ years dominant ravens line!  Sad.....

yea I'm lost for words with Juan already

on the brightside Kubiak's offense get people open very nicely.

Our o-line was a bright spot too(accept for those last two plays).Flacco threw the ball 60 times against a great pass rush and was barely pressured.

I think we should trade Pierce . He's the odd man out.

Lol. He just got benched. How's that attractive trade bait?

im disappointed we lost but the second half left me optimistic about the potential we have on offense. Had we played the same way in the first half we would have won. We need to stop being a "too little, too late" team.

You right, but he provides nothing that Rice Frosett or Talifaro have to offer.

worst part is that he was right there on the line, not like it was disguised??

They brought more than could be blocked, or overloaded the line. Not sure Kubiak actually allows audibles and the Ravens were out of time outs. Should have just taken the delay of game

I agree with that. He just shrinks in the spotlight. I feel bad for him but Forsett stole his job today. I'd bank on the fact Forsett starts against Pittsburg.

Bernard Peirce played awful and Forsett is looking like the starting back for week 2 against PITT. With that said, his benching should've gone around the rest of the team... Flacco awful move end of first half, Steve Smith redeemed himself but receiving core couldn't catch.. and what's up with Chykie Brown lining up with AJ Green? Even if that was the set-up, him and Jimmy should've switched seeing Green run up on that side after the huddle. Poor game.. different OC coordinator, but same old Ravens.

Inconsistent.

I don't care what anyone say's.We out played them today. We were the better team today. We let missed field goals and uncontested drops beat us.We left so many plays out on that field.I don't even know how to feel about this game right now...

I'd say supremely disappointed sums it up. Because we beat ourselves.

We outplayed them in the second half because we HAD to after the mess our offense created in the first. I mean, we expected some jitters and a little miscommunication, but not a complete and total meltdown.

But we hung tough, and played physical, and got into their heads a bit. That we took it down to 2 min. was a pretty serious accomplishment, given the size of the hole we'd dug.

Lots of bright spots, but overall, it sucked.

D gives up the lead late in the game, so reminiscent of last year.

We all see things differently of course! So, in my eyes the offense doesn't do jack to take a commanding lead in the game while the defense holds the bengals to 5 FG's nearly the ENTIRE game. That too; is typical of last year brah! The Ravens looked horrible today! Joe Flacco was horrible, the receivers were horrible and the defense at the end! A poor performance to start the season.

That is why I don't drink or guzzle the purple kool aid or believe the "hype" up of this offense or complain anymore when analysts and talking head don't pick us to win games. Why should they? The Raven have done nothing to gain that respect! Well, here comes the steelers on Thursday night. Oh boy! SMH!!

So frustrating to watch how that game ended. I hope Harbs is kicking the butts of some of our WRs after that performance. Flacco gets a thunk on the head for the end of the first half. I think Pierce will not be starting this Thursday after today.

its delusional to think webb is going to save the defense. their is a bigger problem here. Chykie Brown sucks but as long as we play soft, we're not going to play well, period. webb or not. so what we almost won the game... if the bengals scored on all those drives, are we still fine? the low amount of points makes it look fine but will players like Brady, Manning, or even Ben settle for 5 FG's? no we would get routed if we werent playing Andy Dalton.

Your're delusional thinking our defense played poorly.  They had great field position all game.  We let up some big plays but overall our D played great.  Huge ST returns, Flacco interception.  The only problem was we had a 4th string CB covering AJ green.

Well then apparently the whole board is delusional then. they seem to share the same view.

No, they played fairly well for the circumstances they were given. They had to constantly work with a short field the whole 1st half because the offense couldn't get it going.
