Ye Olde Regular Season Game Thread......My second home.

Hopefully we can start off on the right foot with a 1-0 record.  If our new offense can solve the Bengals D, we should be able to.

Oh, how I've missed seeing those pools to start off the Game thread. It's good to be back, ladies and gents. Let's keep it civil and in perspective. Watch getting too high and too low during the course of a game. Let things happen as they may, count to 10, and then respond. Just some advice to help keep your cool!

I'm in! Dibs on the shallow end, don't swim so well. Ravens 31 Bengals 17 and we continue the Cincinnati sweep.

Guess I won't be in the Game Thread.  Just bought two lower level tickets on Ticketmaster @ face value.

I know it is only one game and there are no must win games in week 1. However, the weight of this game is big ... very, very big.

It is hard to win on the road in this league, so when you get a division game at home, you need to come away with it - especially when you are playing the team that is rightfully considered the favorite to win your division.

We need to establish that the changes we've made - particularly from a offensive scheme standpoint - are going to pay off. We need to prove to ourselves that last season's woeful offensive line play is in the rear-view. We need to show that we can overcome the bad situation Ray Rice put this team into and still get much needed victories in these critical games without his services.

It is only week 1, but a lot is riding on the outcome of this game. Play like Ravens, boys, and get that W!

Nice, Pu! I can't do Ticketmaster anymore... their surcharges and fees are reprehensible. I won't be part of their schemes.

Not a big fan either.  Paid $27 extra in fees & surcharges.  But probably still better than the normal going rate on eBay.

That's what I'm talking about... but I'd rather pay a little more to an individual than exorbitant fees to a greedy company that's already been sued once regarding said fees.

@Mili

Gotta add the statue to the sig brah. I hear Sunday is gonna be a great day whether wise, so hopefully all else goes well for you guys as well.

I still think they should have unveiled the Ray Lewis Statue just before the game, could you imagine the added energy that would have brought to the stadium. That would have been like a guaranteed win imo. Home opener plus Ray, what could be better?
