It's the superfluous face paint that's not allowed, to my understanding. More technically, you can wear it during a game but you'll get fined.

My dad was saying that this helps strengthen tje team. While that might be true it makes the game so much less intresting with the charactor s while they try to check everyone ib a neat little box.

Does the NFL not understand that their entire revenue depends completely upon their product's entertainment value? Keep cutting out things like celebrations and showmanship and they will no longer be entertaining. The fans, that is the people who buy the product from which all that money comes, like that stuff. What ever happened to the customer is always right?
