It must be a stupid question, but... if the result is indeed of no real importance for these pre-seasoners - why do we kick field goals instead of practicing 4th down conversions? There's absolutely no need practicing mid-range field goals - we all know Tucker can make them with ease...

JT might be automatic at it but the coaches want to get a look at the blockers in game action, I'd like to think. Lots of moving parts from season to season
