It's up to the FO to determine real potential vs preaseason catches. Many WRs have big preseason 4 games and are never heard of again. It really comes down to special teams and if you can add something. Butler and Aiken might be legit #5s but do you really need that? That's why with 4.2 speed and a KO return TD, Deonte hasthe best chance. We might not be using him at that spot tonight to preserve him.

If I could pick one player to ahve a career in baltimore it'd be Steve Smith. But could you imagine Steve Smith and Ray Lewis in the same locker room?

DT is playing great tonight so he probably gets on the 53 Camp is looking good on returns.  Akien made a mistake that was part of the int.  My problem from Deonte is that every year he looks good in preseason but never does anything during the regular season 

 

Aiken made a mistake, but even without the mistake, that INT couldn't have been prevented. It was really bad decision made by Taylor.

Could the announcers jump to anymore conclusions?  Every time a player does something well.  "He could be in consideration for the team."  "He could play a large role on the team now."

Some people want to move him to ILB but he just isnt great in coverage,  He played DE in college so he may be still having trouble being a OLB

Totally agree. I just cant watch the game so Im curious. He's racking up tackles like a middle linebacker. And for short gains - not for being picked on.

All in all, IMHO Taylor is having a decent preseason. I will admit he is no Kirk Cousins as a backup but IMHO Tyrod is far from a scrub.
