Preseason 3 - Baltimore Ravens vs. Washington Redskins

How long is Cousins going to back Griffin up? I am impressed with this guy! Cool, calm and awesome!

I'll tell you what, a top QB goes down with a season ending injury and Washington will get a nice offer for him .

No doubt. I almost wonder if these are replacement referees.

Like I said earlier, preseason for the refs, too. Some are in training to be a ref next year

Politically it would be very difficult to play cousins over rg3. If you did then rg3 would be done in dc. That means you gave up 3- number one picks including the number 2 overall pick in 2014 for nothing.

I wouldn't mind cousins as a backup if his contract goes up.

He,ll be a starter on his second contract.

With 4:40 left in the game, and no Wenning sighting, I think we know where he is destined to go. Lol.

Yep no doubt in my mind.

It could be done. Just say RG3 is healing or something and then if Cousins keeps winning you keep playing him. I agree, though. It's a shame but Cousins will get the Redskins a nice compensatory pick soon or draft picks if traded.

Depends on how he does next week, probably just going to play him there although I do agree his chances of making the 53 are slim

Perhaps they did. Taylor is better than RGIII.

Is there a better backup QB then Cousins ? Just asking .

I think Sanchez could be up there. Cousins is still a back-up, though he has looked good. Sanchez did take his team to the AFCCG twice, too.

I hope he makes it to the practice squad. Teams like the raiders and texans need qb,s in a bad way.

I think both teams would be stupid to take him. Wenning needs a lot of work.

They have Savage and Carr.  No need for either of those teams to pick up a 6th round rookie that has struggled a lot.

He's better then Sanchez IMHO . He makes quicker decisions

Buttfumble.

I think Sanchez is a great back-up. He's looked a lot better with Chip and I think he would do well as a back-up. I don't think he's a great starter but he's a good back-up. He could definitely win you games while your QB is out if you have the right team.
