Great job Tyrod. Great Job.

Looks like Deonte might make the team after all. He's making a push. Mind u its against second and third stringers but still

Our future looks bright with Williams clogging the middle and mossy and brown running down the runner.

More like he clogs the offense's backfield. He's on another level.

Ngata got pushed around so much last year. Our Rush D is going to be so much better. Tyson is another underrated guy whom doesn't get pushed around.

It's actually John Urschel out there at left guard. You decide if Urschel has been getting better or if Jensen has been demoted...

It was a joke because he's been playing poorly

He looked weak when he was in the past weeks

Oh he's looked terrible.  Exactly why we should never listen to the coaches when they pump up players.

I still think Hurst is on the wrong side of the bubble right now.  As much as we all hate it, Shipley seems to be the top backup G and I think they'll roll with him unless something better pops onto the market.

Shipley does seem to be the top back-up at LG, but I'm not sure if he makes it. I'm still not convinced. I think it's very possible and it's something that would be in-line with what we've done in the past, but he's looked horrible, though I know we love guys for depth to have NFL experience so I'm guessing that's his saving grace.

Unless it's Steve Smith

That's what I think saves him.  I hate the experience argument as much as anyone, but that's how the Ravens roll.  If they want to keep Hurst, I imagine they'll find a way.

If that's what you're holding onto, you've already proven the point.

I think I am giving the edge now to Thompson over Aiken. Two weeks ago it was a different story.

I think Deonte's arrow is moving up.

An "injury" can always happen. Lol.

im in late and i cant stand to watch the sloppiness of these backups right now, im just gonna state some of my observations.

cj mosley looks like a 4th year player who is just entering his prime, best part about it is that hes a rookie.

brandon williams is absolutely dominant, even with his inconsistencies in his technique, he makes up for it by simply being way too powerful

statement game for brooks, he'll be in heavy rotation this year and depending on how well he plays at safety vs corner, he may be able to take the job from stewart, who has been quiet.

arthur brown seems to just be a tier above the players he was facing, he was standing out big time versus the early 2nd half offense

elam is disappointing me, he has played rock solid all preseason, but i really expected some electrifying, troy polamalu type playing style from him, he just seems to be more passive and reactive when i expected him to be an attack mode type of player, but i guess that should be expected when our cb corps is in shambles.

we have constant pass rush, and the big bodies up front seem to finally be getting into regular season form, which is a very good sign, all the potential in the world in our front 7 but they have seemed constantly out of place up until tonight

juszczyk makes the pro bowl this year and i dont see any way he doesnt, he is BURSTING onto the scene, and the 30-40 catch projections for him may even be a little low, depending on how much kubiak likes to use him, he could see 50 catches the way he has played.

steve smith looks to be one of the best FA signings we have made in years, and he is what our offense was missing last year(aside from the OL and a run game, but you get my point)

offensive line has me shaking in my boots, but it didnt exactly look like they were playing bad, more that the redskins defense looked damn good tonight, they were fast, mean, strong, quick, and just flocked to the ball very well, im not sure if i would label it a bad OL performance or just a very good defensive performance from the skins.

jacoby needs to learn the finer parts of being a WR like sitting down in your wide open zone instead of sprinting from snap to whistle, if he cant learn that, then he needs to take a seat and stick to returning, when he broke out of a wide open zone and started sprinting to the sideline(into coverage) and joe threw it behind him, that kind of thing leads to a pick-6 more often than not when you are playing against a smart corner, we cant have that.

marlon browns sophomore slump is real, and i knew it was coming, and ive predicted it all offseason, his alligator arms and general lack of football IQ is taking center stage for him, but im hoping he shakes it off because i still really like him for us.

torrey seems to still be learning and progressing, his route running and ability to read coverages has been better every year and his head game seemed to be pretty on point tonight.

justin forsett better learn to pick up the blitz

we need to see campanaro!

There's also Camp who has done absolutely nothing to the point in the preseason games.  I thought he was safe originally, but it wouldn't surprise me if he was the odd man out.

Tyrod is doing alright. I think, I would feel comfortable with him at QB, if Joe was out for a game or two. If Joe is out for the season, however, I can't see Taylor actually leading our team to the playoffs. He is a backup. That's his ceiling unfortunately.
