Score doesn't show it but that was a very good half of football. Especially Joe.

He has got 180 and a TD with good completion while under pressure with a drop or two. Loving it!!

Flacco has looked sharp all game.

Ehh.. Few hurried throws but good most of the half

What's stupid is constantly trying to defend a position that is not flawless!

I actually agree with this. Joe is actually having a GREAT game right now. I think he made maybe two passes that were off and took a sack, when he really should've just thrown the ball away. It's fair to be critical of him for that. Outside of that, Flacco has been looking great inspite of pretty bad pass protection (I'm really concerned about this).

Corners have done well so far, I am impressed. Also that was funny with Tucker

Who ever thought the kicker would be a fan favorite?  Such a goofy guy.

I think we need to be more like the Patriots on offense, and use short passes to act as a run game and then run and surprise the defense. We seem to be failing to run effectively and I'm not sure why, but with Steve Smith and Torrey Smith, with Camapanaro, I feel we can be very effective at this.

so I can only watch clips of the game on redzone (don't feel like getting malware off a pirated stream for a preseason game  :P )  So I got to wait till 7:00 am to watch the fill game on NFL network.

Can anyone give me a brief run down?  How is our run game? How is the O-Line? How is our pass defense? Who has played well and who has played poorly?

Flacco has looked very good, but he isn't great at this point. His throws are off. I've seen him throw short multiple times. That one ball to Jones was especially poor but he hasn't been bad. He has held onto ball a bit longer than I'd like earlier in the game.

I honestly think Joe likes to have a running game and run it early and get into a grove and then light it up. It seems to be a big part of his success. I think the lack of a run game is making him have these slow starts.

Dominating on d. Offense has a few issues but moving the ball well, short quick passes has been the feature

The pass protection has been bad so far and the run game is not looking that much better either. ST has an off game after two strong showings. The whole team has been pretty inconsistent in this preseason. I still can't tell how good or how bad this team is going to be.

Why don't we run hurry up O ALL THE TIME?

While we would all love to see our team score and dominate every team in such a concise and short fashion, that sort of up-tempo play allows no control over time of possession and very little rest for the defense.

It may not always be the most pretty, but more often than not, time of possession wins the game--you're in control of tempo, momentum, and most importantly the game-clock.

Throughout his career Joe has always done great in the 2 minute warnings. I never knew why we wouldn't spread em out and hurry up more often. With a new offense that actually uses more routes and players to their strengths, I'm beyond excited to see what he does this year in crunch time.

Notes at half:

Joe looks solid.

Run game weak.

Overall receivers (besides Jacoby) look sharp. Like others have said JJ just doesn't look himself tonight.

Both defenses are playing great.

Brandon Williams is dominating. Levine made some plays at Cb. Mosley is a stud. Pass rush is really benefiting from our tackles. Doing a good job containing RGIII

I remember we did that for like two weeks and then it just died down.

Even though the o-line is getting pushed around a little and the run game is not churning out the yards. All and all, I think we are playing a little better than the Redskins.
