Do you agree with Rice's Recent Ranking?

There's an article about the best "all-purpose" running backs" headed into this season. It ranks Rice 9th out of the top 10 running backs in the league.  The article is more about all-around backs rather than previous season rankings, stats and accolades.  Even Adrian Peterson is 4th.

I've always considered Rice more on the elite level, but that could just be the homer in me.  He did have a down season last year and will be out the first two games this year, but he does do it "all".  Does 9th seem fair?  Unfair?  Or overly generous?

Here it is forn you to judge yourself:

Pre 2013, top 3 all purpose. Post 2013 and having to use his showing from last year, top 10 is being nice.

He'll probably end up being better than Bush and Matthews but I can't get riled up after what he gave us in 2013...

All purpose wise (running, passing, blocking), he was probably No. 1 from his first full year starting until 2012. AP is pretty one dimensial, Forte was a slightly discounted Rice at the time, and Charles and McCoy hadn't quite reached Rice's level yet.  last year, he was just terrible. e shall see, but Rice was one of those few back who could run and catch with the best of them.

They could take last season as the begining of the decline in his career

Yeah you cannot discount last year, so the ranking seems fair. Hopefully he has the  ability to make them eat crow after this year.
