I may be silent on the boards until Saturday.  Mrs. "Mili" and I are flying out to the Bahamas this morning.  Staying at the Atlantis!

The Ravens have sent us off right after their awesome 38-6 victory over the Dolphins yesterday!

So, until Saturday.....

Mrs. Mili and I just arrived back home tonight in VA safely!  We had a AWESOME time at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas this past week.  I didn't know that they were Dolphins fans there UNTIL I got off the plane sporting my Ravens gear (i.e. hat and custom made jersey).  The natives gave our boys PRAISE for how they beat down their team!  It was incredible to hear other fans FINALLY speak positive about Flacco and our offense.  Now, they need a follow up performance against the Patriots in Foxboro and on PRIME TIME!!!!!!

Did you enjoy it? I went years ago with my friends and I had fun, but it was pricy as all hell

Not to mention windy.  We have (had) a 4' lighted tree sitting on the front porch, weighed down with 8 bricks.  Wind blew it and the bricks clear off the porch.

You should try a weighted umbrella base. Works for me.

I'm going to have to see if I can make that work.  The tree has a built it base that might prevent it from fitting.  I was thinking of supplementing the bricks with containers of water.

Containers of water may freeze and split.

Tucker is the man! Dude has so much talent. Have always thought they should let him sing the National Anthem prior to a game. That would be so cool and probably a first having a player do it.

Rebuilt the setup by using one of those plastic milk crate things.  I think the holes in it will help the wind pass through rather than turning it into a kite.  Added two gallon ziplock bags full of water for additional weight.  Noticed my neighbor has his sandbagged with about 20 bags.

Seems to me it's easier to anchor my boat in a rough than to keep tree upright on Baltimore porches
