Merged Mcgahee Threads

64 posts in this topic

Although we've been on him recently, Willis deserves his own thread after tonight's game. McGahee played well in pretty much every facet of the game tonight and hopefully this gets him rolling.

He may have just sealed a critical victory to get us into the playoffs, stop hating on him.

Edit: Not sure why I typed 'dumb' instead of 'hate on', but if a mod could change that it would be much appreciated.

Me = Idiot.

oh look McClain just did it as well. McGahee is good but he needs to play better more often, he even says so himself

Me EIther Man...

Mcgahee.
It was only a matter of time and i've said it the whole time.

But, that was a hell of a run by Leron as well.

Now I am curious who will start the jags game.

I agree. I've been hard on him, too. And though I still think he needs to be more consistent, if he can earn more carries through his play, then he'll be back as the starter in no time.

We'll need him in the playoffs. So, let's hope that his benching and poor play has been a blessing in disguise.

I feel he earned his stars and can remain a raven, as long as he practices this offseason, he was a beast last year, i hope hes back with next year

while the run in tonights game was great and helped the team win i need him to consistently
run the ball
one long run doesnt make someone have a great game

McGahee finally overcomes his injuries and steps up big...runs the ball 77 yards for a touchdown...the Cowboys stack the box and leave nobody in the backfield and we take it to em!!!

Not to mention LeRon McClain runing back a TD over 80 yards...the longest run form scrimmage in Ravens history???

Just glad to see that the "3 Headed Monster" gained another head...

And way to go O Line for blowing the Cowboys off the ball!!!

Here's another positive out of tonight's game: I sat Chris Johnson in favor of Le'Ron, and that 82 yard TD run makes me look like a fantasy genius! /brag :D

Im confused on this topic, In this game tonight he seemed like some plays he had no effort, but then nearing the end he had a nice run and also that TD you all have seen. I'm all for keeping him if he starts showing more effort like the 4th of this game.

Personally I never hated him...just hoped he could overcome the injuries (and they have been several this season, the knee, the eye, the ankle)...he has the talent to give Adrian Petersen a run for his money and finally got healthy enough to make a difference in a game, with a little help from his friends on the O Line

No? He averaged over 4 yards a carry before that huge run.

He's a Beast

And about hating Willis...that was just cruel given what he has been through injury wise this year...I am glad for him AND the Ravens for finally showing up big on National TV in Primetime.

As I say below...
