I think we have major secondary issues after watching this game .

I'm most concerned about that . Is Ed Reed still available ?

Strange win. I am glad to have it but wish we would have played better. In the regular season I would be more happy.

Got my tv back to see we won.  We won because our ST and a romo fumble.  Our 2nd team was decent our 3rd team is horredous.  Our starting defense has to improve on the d line our secodary is missing starters so i can't really say much just that our backups aren't good

My Ed Reed comment was tongue in cheek but I see nothing impressive at all

in the secondary . Take Jimmy and Webby away and we will get torched this year

It's not happening.  That's not a guy you want as your backup.  As much as most hate Jah, he's the best backup option we have.  He's pretty much a lock if we add no one else.

 

Why is he a lock?  Honestly, we groomed the hell out of Jah Reid.  The guy is DONE.

I think Asa Jackson and would say that even Tramain Jacobbs have promise. I think Franks could become better as the year goes on if he makes the team. Secondary isn't that bad. Trawick looked good.

No better options unless we add someone else.  James Hurst, David Mims, Parker Graham?  Those are pretty much your choices.  Everyone of them has had a terrible camp.  Reid has actually put together a really good camp so far.

Jah Reid actually played better than he ever has this year. Granted, that's not necessarily a compliment as you can only go up from where he was, but I think he could be a good back-up tackle and a nice TE in our jumbo packages. I think you're exaggerating. I don't think he's done here at all.

As far as I'm concerned, as long as we add no one else, pick 10 or 11 of:

 

CB: Smith, Webb, Jackson, Brown, Franks, Jacobs

S: Elam, Stewart, Miles, Brooks, Trawick, Levine

 

I think everyone else has proven that they don't have a shot at this point.  Tonight really narrowed it down.

If this was the regular season I would be happy we won and excited Cincy lost and the Steelers are tied with a minute to go and could lose
