Pre-Season 2014 Week 2

Zach Mettenberger played well in New Orleans btw, 20/25 for 269 yards although he had an int and lost a fumble. Justin Hunter looked good with 2 TDs as well.

Sean Payton can make anyone look good.

Mettenberger plays for the titan

Shoot. I saw NO and started posting! :D Finish reading, okay, I'll remember that. :P In my defense, Griffin and McCown had good games also. ^_^

Eddie Lacy is looking great. That Packers offense keeps on rolling against, what is supposed to be, a really good defense.

Yeah he looks better inside. I don't think the Packers are quite as effective if the Rams have Long and Saffold starting on the line

Drew Brees is a prototypical system QB (good QB in his own right, but he's in the perfect system for him), and the first guy I look at when I think of Joe's potential.

Don't always believe what you see in preseason. Case in point: the 0-16 lions were 4-0 in preseason.

Word. There was talk of the Patriots going 16-0 a couple of years ago early in the regular season. Gotta give it at least four weeks into the season to really talk about what a team should be able to do imo.

Are those Shazier's stats for real? 9 solo tackles and an INT in a half of football game. I knew I'll hate seeing him 2-3 times a year

Jadaveon Clowney

Feel like I'm gonna be doing this a lot for a long time.. If I find a way to post a clip I will but he hit someone a little hard. It probably hurt

So Dalton was 8/8, 144 yards and a TD against what will likely be a good Jets defense. Something to think about.

So were ours, but we still eked out a win.

I didn't get to catch the game.  Not good news then I guess, the win doesn't really matter as its preseason, though it does feel nice.

It's preseason so not really, I'm not interested in how future Walmart cashiers play.

Eli only completed 1 pass out of seven attempts against the Colts D while Luck was 12/18 for 89 yards against the Giants D, and lost. Ryan Nassib in comparison was 11/15, 158 yards and 1 TD.

Speaking of..... don't know about the decline of the Giants but holy decline Eli Manning. He hasn't looked good at all so far.

Jets secondary really isn't that good. Milliner has promise and Patterson isn't bad but they don't have much else at CB
