http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/779196/7 - need a wide receiver here, but given my runningback depth, I'll get it, Matter of when not if.

http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/1025064/5 - strong overall team, just looking to upgrade crabtree to a solid #1. Very doable

http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/1146767/8 - strong all around team. Only weakness is rb2 (Gerhart), but even then I should be good.

http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/1150375/3 - I feel bad for the people in this league.

http://football.fantasysports.yahoo.com/f1/1239505/8 - Probably the weakest of the teams Ive drafted, but a lot to work with here. I should be able to make a trade to push this team over the edge.

No glaring weakness but personal preference.. For a 8 team league I feel you should have more RB depth

Like instead of cooper maybe a Cunningham at worst or even one of Moreno/miller based on how it looks like you drafted

I have a good feeling Sankey takes over mid year. Hopefully by then when Mathews is injured it won't affect me much.

The Top RB's available are S. Jackson, D. Williams and S. Vereen. I still like Crabtree & Cooper over them despite being stacked with Dez & Brown.... But I agree I'd like better depth. Might try and package them and work a trade out to get another RB though. Thanks for input

Great team but like me I think you need better depth at RB. Overall depth is great though. Especially TE.

Thanks... It is easier with only 8 teams, but I'm really happy with it. Also working on trading one or two of my WR's (since I'm stacked there) along with another guy for a top RB. And yeah great minds think alike  B)

Also.. In my suggestion guess I didn't really take into account that even though it's only 8 teams you had two keepers so that's a decent RB depth but like you said you could probably swing a trade mid season and be set

Let me know what you think of my team. It's a 10 team none PPR IDP league. I had the 5th pick in a snake draft.

QB: Matt Ryan and RG3

HB: LeSean McCoy, Zac Stacy, Joique Bell, Pierre Thomas

WR: Dez Bryant, Antonio Brown, Roddy White, Golden Tate

TE: Jimmy Graham

DL: Geno Atkins, Rob Ninkovich, Osi Umenyiora, Kyle Williams

LB: Lance Briggs, Vontaze Burflict, C.J. Mosely, DeMeco Ryans

DB: Jarius Byrd, T.J. Ward, Ryan Clark, Aaron Williams, Eric Reed

Bernard Pierce is in FA. Thinking about maybe dropping someone to get him. Maybe Pierre Thomas since he will probably be used mostly on passing downs.

Why do you have all those defensive players? How many start?

Is anyone following the kicking situation in New Orleans? That looks like an interesting one, as they have one of the strongest offensive units in the league and play in a dome. The experts are picking Shayne Graham to win out, but the fans seem to have a similar vibe going about this guy Derek Dimke to what we had during the Tucker/Cundiff battle a couple of years ago and a couple of Saints media guys are starting to pick him to make the 53. Not saying DD will be as good as Tucker, but Tucker also came out of nowhere as far as the league was concerned iirc.

Thought this was funny.  I was in an auction draft tonight and someone nominated Julian Jones - WR Atlanta (real player) .  Showed up as J. Jones ATL-WR.  Three people bit on the bait and he ended up getting drafted for $18.

Hey guys, i need to quick advice for a draft im in. It is a roster with a Individual defensive player, which has to come from your favorite real life team. So i cant decide do i take Daryl or Jimmy or someone else. I really have no idea. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Daryl did really well for me in an IDP league last year, but I think his numbers will go down this year (our front will be stouter against the run, and he'll lose snaps to Brown and Mosley).

I'd still go with Suggs, even though his numbers last year were somewhat of a disappointment.

Not an Adrian Peterson but still pretty sweet, might have to give that a try

Being down by 27.78 points and having Calvin Johnson as the only player left in the line up. Didn't think I'd need a miracle with the likes of Matt Ryan and Antonio Brown on the roster, but I'll take it.

WSIS

Pierce/Forsett (pick 1) vs Pitt

or

Steven Jackson vs Cincy

I'm obviously late, but I would've recommended sitting Jackson as Jacquizz Rodgers has seen quite a few snaps on 3rd downs since last year. Who did you go with?

Didn't want to pollute the section with another Rate My Team thread, so I'm post mine here. .5 PPR, 10 team league with 2 RBs, 3 WRs and a Flex. Here follows the roster following a trade.

Starters:

QB - Matt Ryan

RB1 - Alfred Morris

RB2 - Doug Martin

WR1 - Calvin Johnson

WR2 - Antonio Brown

WR3 - Andre Johnson

Flex - C.J. Spiller

TE - Jason Witten

K - Blair Walsh

DEF - Texans

Reserves:

QB - N/A

RB - Bernard Pierce, Chris Ivory, Bishop Sankey

WR - Josh Gordon, Reggie Wayne, Justin Hunter, Cecil Shorts

TE - N/A

K  - N/A

DEF - N/A

I'm attempting to vigorously trade away either Martin or Spiller. Their situations and performances have been shaky since last season and I feel like I have enough value with Wayne and Pierce for my Flex spot. Also considering dropping Cecil Shorts for depth at QB or TE. Thoughts?

Your basically running the zero rb strategy. Go grab Asiata and Mckinnon off the waiver wire (assuming one pops that takes case of your rb2 since Norv typically doesnt use committees). If Jeremy Hill or Bradshaw is still on your wire grab them too. Both are headed for even split committees (screw last week and what Hue Jackson said)

Get Reggie Wayne in at the flex. The targets alone last week should be enough for that let alone a + matchup in philly.

In all honesty, Id see if you could target Vereen in a trade as buy low.

Overstated assessment of the RBs situation. This week looks slightly shaky at RB with Martin being questionable, but there's more than enough from this point on to be forced to scour the waiver wire for potential starters. Wayne is my Flex currently and has always drawn targets from Luck, so I agree there. Vereen is solid, but much like the situation in New Orleans, I don't trust them to get him consistently involved. Plus he wouldn't be seeing playing time over either of the three top options.

different between NE and New Orleans is that NE doesn't have anyone else. Its Gronk and Vereen all day.

Julian Edelman is heavily targeted. His name substitutes Vereen's in that sentence. I don't expect to see Stevan Ridley be phased out entirely at RB so Vereen seeing 12 touches every game isn't guaranteed.
