They're week at FS, but the Giants secondary should be pretty good.  They could be really good if DRC's season last year wasn't just a flash in the pan.

Can't blame them for the cut, though. He's a bit of head case. Hopefully this offseason made him a bit wiser. He's got talent.

Thats because theyre running a new offense. It makes me thankful that our O actually looks competitive this early.

The more important question is, actually: Was Eli ever a franchise QB?

 

To be honest (and I hate to say it), I don't think he was. However, most of that has to do with the fact that the Giants have been inconsistently average, at best, during the Tom Coughlin-era... well, besides winning 2 Lombardi Trophies; but, I digress...

 

When you have an elite defensive line, it can disguise some flaws.  Eli is also one of the luckiest QBs ever to play the game.  There are multiple catches in both SB wins that should not have happened.

The Giants running game may save their offense. Jennings has looked great, and that rookie RB Williams look good.

Williams will be the Giants goal line and short yardage back this year.  He is a great power runner, but he is awful as a receiver.
