I AM LEGEND

Raven tickets went on sale today...what games y'all going to this year?

27 posts in this topic

I tried at first to get a single to the Steelers game unsuccessfully and instead bought one for the Panthers in the upper level endzone, because that's Todd Heap's induction in the Ring of Honor.   I also bought one on Scorebig.com for $65 for the Jaguars game, a month ago, which is a Priceline type place to buy sports and entertainment tickets.  I'm waiting for them to send the tickets.  I can get singles in upper endzone section for every other game besides Pittsburgh.   Other resales sites besides StubHub and Ticketmaster's NFL Ticket Exchange is Seatgeek.com which looks over resales and brokers to get the best deal.  If you just need preseason tickets you should either go to a resale site or make a bid at Score Big, otherwise your are wasting your money at Ticketmaster for that.

My girlfriend jut got me tickets for when the chargers come to town! Being a Ravens fan from Cincinnati this is the first game I will ever have gone to at M&T Bank and my first time in Baltimore.. I come in to town Saturday, so if you have any suggestions for good places to eat or things I need to see, PM me or something, I don't think they should be posted in this though.

There is a year round restaurant in the Warehouse at Oriole Park called Dempsey's' after the O's catcher, its north of M and Bank Stadium and they even take online reservations.  One place to visit is the Sports Legends at Camden Yard museum which is in the old Camden Station, full of Baltimore Sports related stuff, sections for the Orioles, Colts, Ravens and other various related stuff, costs about 8 or 9 dollars but well worth it, the best one that isn't called a "Hall of  Fame" IMO, Babe Ruth's birthplace is a couple of block form it and you can get a combo ticket for both sights.

Heard we sold out in 30mins!!! That's awesome!!!

I'm a PSL Holder so I'll probably goto all of them. Might sell a couple games though if the price is right!

Definitely going to Falcons! I want to see us show the world why you don't bet the farm for a receiver and sacrifice the rest of the team needs

I'm off to Ravens v Titans this season, which will be my first game at the Bank and being in NZ I don't know when I'll get the chance again. Again, open to tips on what to do in Charm City.

But I'll be seeing my first live NFL game when the Ravens head to Ketchup Field the week before. Keen to buy a Terrence Brooks jersey before then and hope I don't have the everliving [tar *ahem*] beaten out of me.

I'm guessing it's not a trip to Maryland without a good crab meal. :D

There's a ton of places to eat in inner harbor area. Enjoy (better part of) baltimore!

Cheers, it sounds like a really nice part of the city and I'm excited about it already.

I know it's good PR to say that but the fact I am looking at ticketmaster and seeing tickets still available for several of our home games. I know some are single seats only but still. The only game I can't get any tickets for is the Steelers.

I think four of the games sold out in 30 minutes, and the Ravens aren't exactly going on a begging drive for the other four.

Don't forget that Ticketmaster also owns PSLs. They own half the row behind me.

Baltimore is a beautiful. And not just inner harbor but ALL of baltimore. I think a blue collar city like Baltimore where u can see its flaws and all is what makes Baltimore one of the best cities on the east coast. And ive been to just about all of them...NY, Boston, Philly, DC you name it. But yes you could make a day of just inner harbor and see why its a big tourist attraction. Lots great food places. I live in New England, but me and my wife eat crabs and crab cakes every time we are there which is at least twice a year. So far I think the best cakes are from Phillips which is right on the harbor or Jimmys seafood alittle outside of the city. Either way youll love it.

Oh yea one question I have...im assuming theirs a reason seats that have the field goals in the field of view are always on sale. Every game ive ever been too I sit around the 50 yd line. But these Falcon tickets im up top with the bars In my f.o.v. Is it that bad? Or will it be a minor inconvenience.?

My friend is trying to talk to his mom about if she can talk to her boss who has season tickets to see if he would give him and me tickets to the Steelers game but that may not happen lol.

Thinking about also buying tickets to the Titans game for my Dad and me. Plus there is only a select few games I can actually fly up for as I'm working with the Panthers this season on gameday for them.

If you're into casinos, the Horseshoe Casino is opening in late August on Russell Street, free parking except for events M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole park where they charge 50 for garage and 70 for valet.  You could also take the light rail to BWI where there is a bus that goes to Gaithersburg that stops at Arundel Mills to next to Maryland Live.
