NFL Sunday Ticket, without DirecTV

35 posts in this topic

I originally got DirecTV for NFL Sunday Ticket (I also have FIOS TV). Now I wouldn't give it up unless I had too. I love DirecTV and only rarely watch FIOS. I had no problem streaming to my iPad last year. $199 to legally stream all games all season is actually pretty reasonable. It's what people with DirecTV pay for Sunday Ticket.

I've had Sunday Ticket since Day 1, and still get it even though we now get all of the Ravens games on local broadcast in our market area(DC). It's just cool to be able to watch any and all NFL games, especially when the weather turns cold.  lol  And if you've had it for a while you can call every year or two to get steep discounts. I'm actually getting it for free this year.

I just moved into a new home and switched from Verizon FIOS to Directv and I absolutely love it!  I bought a new UHD 4k television and the pictures are so vivid that if feels like you can step right onto the field!  My wife surprised me with the Sunday Ticket and oh my goodness!  There is NOTHING like being able to watch every game in the league being played!  I'm hooked!

Ready to get a good look at the FUTURE of the Ravens without Ray Lewis, Ed Reed and Terrell Suggs on the field!

GO RAVENS!!

To those of you who are praying that other carriers offer Sunday ticket..sorry l, bit the NFL and DTV renewed the contract last season.

I think it is just rediculous that only 1 company can monopolize on it.

I live less than an hour from the city of Baltimore...yet on a normal sunday, I will be forced to watch a Dolphins vs Texans game for example over the Ravens game.

That said, the streaming Sunday ticket service IS terrible..a friend had it and it was a waste of money.

So then you have to get DTV which good luck of its raining or slightly overcast outside.
