She was in possession of a felony.  No charges?  Please tell me your joking. 

What she was or wasn't carrying is irrelevant to whether Jimmy was the one being disorderly. She could have (somehow) fitted an illegally modified Kalashnikov in her handbag and it wouldn't change the fact that Jimmy was the one being disorderly. It's not like he was taking the heat for something she did or didn't do - it's on him.

 

And for all we know she might have been charged behind the scenes. You don't want to make that stuff too public in case it affects her life later on, especially if she was only carrying a small amount. It's Police discretion.

 

Dunno why I'm arguing this stuff though. It's neither here nor there.

All arrests are public info.  If he charged her behind the scenes or not its public info.

 

 We really shouldn't debate the law.  Jimmy was being disorderly according to the police officers.  I wonder if he was provoked? < This too doesn't matter, its just what I've witnessed to be the case 8/10 times.

I don't really know anything more than what's in the article. Doesn't really matter.  I guarantee we all have that one friend that does some type of drug.  We just don't hang out with them anymore.  

 

It's really bad when your friends are carrying dope in a local bar.  

We don't know how well he knew her, if he knew she had drugs on her (it was in her purse), or whether this was a first time meeting her. Reports say it was a date, but it could have been very early in their meeting. You're making lots of assumptions.

He's assuming everyone that does coke looks like a crackhead. Unfortunately in the business world there are professionals that use cocaine and you couldn't tell just by looking at them. Hell there are numerous celebs also use as well as former players

Yes, if I don't know her I would.  Puking in a bar is hardly uncommon. Passing out? While a little rare still a natural practice in the local watering holes.  No need to intervene. I mean, him being so animate about helping her doesn't suggest to you that he knows her?
