Fowler with 3 sacks and Hardy with another good game receiving.

The results are in for the SEC.  The East went 5-0 in bowl games while the West went 2-5, with their best 5 teams losing.

Who do you like? Ohio State or Oregon? I am thinking Ohio State, I like that third string QB!

Oregon

I just saw the Winston interview after the game. What a classless arrogant poor sport. We beat ourselves? Oregon smoked them clowns

And the way how he said it too. I guess humble pie tasted good for him.

Yep if I'm an NFL team, I wouldn't be picking him as the face or leadership of my franchise. He has beaten up on the ACC. Most SEC and PAC12 teams would have hammered them in that game.

He showed me that he cannot hang with Elite college level competition. How is he going to fare against top NFL talent on a weekly basis? Someone is taking him in the first round.

His substandard ability to handle adversity on the field, and inability to conduct himself with maturity after a single loss.....3rd or 4th round. Hype will put him in the Top 5 of the first round and some team will get their bust.

Good points. FSU wouldn't be undefeated in a different conference. I was never high on Notre Dame to begin with. In addition, I don't know if it's me, but almost every time I watch Clemson in a big game, they stink up the joint.

How someone could be that cocky after a loss is beyond me. Doesn't matter how a game coulda, shoulda, woulda went. This isn't a video game. There isn't any restart button. He lost....get over it. Heaven forbid if there's any more off the field incidents involving Winston....

Winston is potentially really dumb if he returns. He'll be losing Greene this year, and I honestly still believe that Greene helped make him.

O'Leary as well, right? That's like his entire game. That's why he needed to declare, and he did.

Yeah I mentioned both in another thread but I agree. He made the smart choice. I'm not very confident he'll be successful but I think he'll go in the top ten

He'll get a bunch of chances to prove it, and that's what you want. I don't know if he has the mental strength to succeed, but if somehow he is playing on a team that starts to play well, he might survive.

I wonder if the Bucs like Winston more than Mariota even with all of the off the field baggage.

The main thing going for him is that he runs a pro-style offence that requires the QB and receivers to make reads and act accordingly (and throwing to a lot of inexperienced freshmen and sophomores didn't do him any favours), while Mariota operates in one of those fun little college schemes and would face a bigger learning curve in the pros as he learns a new system.

That's not necessarily to say Winston will be the next big thing while Mariota will be a bust, but I do think the case for Winston is there and it'll be interesting to see what the Bucs roll with.

I kind of like the fact that I have no rooting interest in the National Championship game. Could make things more fun. Though, I'll most likely be rooting hard for whichever team falls behind early, just for the excitement. If we can get another Bahamas Bowl...

Pulling for the Ducks tonight. If they win I think Marcus is a lock to declare. I'm sure a lot of people think he's a lock right now but I'm not sure about that.
