What a game.  Congrats to Ohio State on the upset.  B1G power!

Playoff football failing to disappoint.  Why did this take so long?

I really don't think Sims is a very good QB. He looks like another college QB who won't amount to much in the NFL.

Same.  7th round at best imo.

So we now know that Virginia Tech is the best team in the SEC ;)

Of course

Congrats to Ohio State though, huge game for them.

Man Ohio State-Michigan is going to be absolutely epic in a couple of years

Meyer-Harbaugh.  Must watch TV

They need to make it 6-8 teams

Agreed TCU showed they belonged as well. But yeah Ohio State wouldn't be playing last year and the fact that they now can is huge.

I never understood the committee's logic. First, they ranked TCU at #3? Whatever. Unlike FSU, TCU demolishes their opponent in hopes of staying in the playoff bracket. All of a sudden, they're no longer in the top 4? Huh?

The scary part is how young they are. So many of their starters are sophomores and juniors. Ohio state is back

Wow, when I said I was rooting for Ohio State to beat Bama, I didn't think it would have happened. Urban Meyer has done a tremendous job over there, and as someone said, once Jim puts his touches on Michigan, college football is going to get more interesting.

Think this sums up not having a SEC team in the National Title game....

I just hope trend stops now. Was rooting for FSU and Bama. Getting little too nervous for Saturday game.

I don't know if Oregon was the favorite to win over FSU but someone just won a lot of money if they said Ohio State would win. In turn, a lot of people lost money picking Bama to win lol.

Now can we all agree how overrated the SEC, particularly the West division, is? Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi St, LSU... 0-5 in their bowl games.

Oregon was a big favorite. Bigger than Alabama at one point.

Did FSU turn the ball over to Oregon yesterday or what? Every time I blinked in the second half of that game FSU gave the Ducks the ball.

Wow Pitt.  Up 31-6 early in the 4th quarter and they lose 35-34 to Houston in regulation.

Let's hope for the same outcome for the NFL's version of Pitt.

I don't think my little heart could take that.

If we're down 31-6 and end up winning, and I suddenly stop posting here, you know why.

Wow, Iowa getting crushed

Pitt not helping the ACC with that collapse

So the Iowa Steelers lost too, eh? First Pitt. Then Iowa. Hmmm....................

Terrible. LSU also loses. However, top two from East division won against good opponents. Maybe we were just focusing so much on the wrong half of the conference.

Florida vs East Carolina today.  May not be the best college football game, but a few interesting NFL prospects.  DE/OLB Dante Fowler Jr. for Florida.  WR Justin Hardy and QB Shane Carden for ECU.

I don't think so, the east did go 0-4 against the ACC that last game. Speaking of the ACC, pretty dissappointing so far in their bowls but at least better than the Big XII I guess

Pac-12 is the best. Some knew it, others just couldn't admit it.

Well yeah I think they showed that, the one not many people saw coming though was the BIG, better than a lot of people gave them credit for
