2014-2015 NBA Season

The only drama left is who is going to win MVP (should be Iguodala, but the NBA will hand it to Curry because marketing). This series is done. Sad that it ended on a whimper.

You're counting the Cavs out early like you do the Ravens in the 1st quarter every Sunday.

Unlike most Ravens games where the Ravens are generally just as talented as the opposition, I have no reason to believe the Cavs will win this.

Cavs are done. Bron is gassed and Curry won't let his team lose tonight, even with Klay playing like light a skinned JR.

Never thought I'd say this, but I feel bad for LeBron.

Curious to see if he gets Finals MVP, though I think his performance tonight took him out of contention.

But it's pretty awful. His legacy is being hit by things that he really can't control. IMO his only true finals "choke" was against the Mavs.

I dont. Enjoy this. I'm hoping for him to add a 3rd worst home finals loss to his resume.

I'm rooting for the Warriors, but I'm with you on that. Love him or hate him, he's going to go down as one of the game's legends and with all the work he puts in to carry his side he's going to come up short because the Cavs can't build a deep roster.

Cleveland's gonna Cleveland. Shame that that's LeBron's home team, he was cursed from the beginning.

Truth is a healthy Cavs team could compete with any team in the league. The only teams I see them struggling with would be the Spurs, Clippers, GS and Thunder. Maybe Memphis.

Congrats to the Warriors on their championship.  Cavs gave it their best, but team was overmatched with their injuries.  Iggy becomes first MVP to not start every game of the series.

So glad Iggy got MVP. If Curry won I would've stopped watched the NBA.

That's a bit extreme

Without LeBron James on the floor this series.

JR Smith 0/9 FG

Dellavedova 0/7 FG

J. Jones 0/3 FG

Shumpert 0/2 FG

Total 0/21 FG

Lol. Just awful.

Yeah that's probably true, but with how well he played he did deserve a ring but a big part of why he isn't getting one this season is stuff out of his control (injuries, the Cavs not doing as well at filling their roster with contributors as the Heat did).

I don't want to come off as a LeBron homer though, since like I say I was rooting for the Warriors and I spent the past four seasons on the "Anyone but the Heat" bandwagon (still can't stand the Heat, but I digress), but like I say I do feel a bit sorry for the guy.

I knew they were a dumpster fire without him, but I didn't know it was that bad. There's elevating the players around you, then there's making that roster actually serviceable.

Melo had to play with 2 of these guys and all that happened was he got the blame for shooting too much...

Wow.  I knew LeBron carried the team, but I didn't know it was that bad.

Draft prospect Mario Hezonja has been playing for Barcelona and was going to make it to the draft if his side got swept in the finals. They got swept and he booked a flight to NYC... only for the Barcelona GM to arrange for another practice session so now he'll have to stay in Spain for the draft. That's cold.

Very talented guy but full of himself. Gigantic ego.

Apparently that talk's a little overblown. There was an interesting piece on it here (sidebar: Bleacher Report's still got a lot of fluff and fan fiction [profanity deleted], but it's been getting some much better content lately). I've been on his draft bandwagon for a few months now, though I'll also be the first to admit that's giving him the benefit of the doubt and that the GMs who do the interviews and character checks will have a better idea of it than me.

I'm more wary of Kristaps though. Huge upside, but his shoulders are built like mine.

Word is that the Wolves have more or less already selected Karl Towns. In other news, the sky is blue and water is wet.

They've had a really lucky rebuild though. They trade Love and get a core of Wiggins and Towns. We trade Dwight and get a five-year rebuild (and even that was a decent haul).

So love goes back to wolves now right?

That'd be pretty funny. Though I could see him going to the Lakers and me hating him forever.

Unless lakers make some serious moves with multiple players they're still gonna be awful
