Don't normally play this take but where's the MVP?

He's got Courtside seats... where the hell is the help as well. Klay and Barnes need to step up. AI the only other person helping out.

Iggy' defense is only reason they've been up and still are

Bron looks absolutely exhausted. I just don't see how Cleveland wins this series honestly, they can't compete with the depth of GSW.

Yeah, especially if it goes to game seven or there's more overtime in the series. Between LeBron's ridiculous workload taking its toll (and his age isn't helping) and Dellavedova needing an IV drip a few days ago the Cavs would obviously prefer to see the series kept at six games one way or another - if that makes sense.

With that said, there's still a lot of basketball still to play. Things were looking bleak for the Warriors a couple of days ago, so you never know how things will look after game five.

Said it when the series started. By game 3 or 4 you'd see what you'd be getting. The depth and pace of the game will take its toll on such a small rotation. Cavs won't be able to keep this up if GS just plays their game at their speed. I called 6 games at the start of the series for GS.

It's a shame because GSW hasn't been impressive at all. How fortunate for them that every single team they've played has had at least one significant injury.

Bayless just tweeted that Delly should be the early favorite for MVP... I know he's a professional troll and only said it for attention since he's a hack journalist, but that's just irresponsible!

But he's doing his job. His job is to draw as many viewers as he can to ESPN and generate talk about ESPN. He does just that, better than a lot of people.

Skip Bayless is the embodiment of "Don't feed the trolls".

It really is unfortunate - LeBron is almost averaging a triple-double in these finals - he had a poor game in game 4 but otherwise has been statistically better than Michael Jordan's career finals averages.  Since he often gets compared to Jordan, Jordan averaged about 34 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists in his finals career.  LeBron, this year, with his bad game 4 included, is averaging 36 points, 12 rebounds, and 8 assists.  Take out the last game and his numbers are pretty ridiculous - 41 points, 10 rebounds, 12 assists.  And still he finds himself in a 2-2 tie.

He scores 40 and finds himself in close games, he scores 20 and loses by 20.

Without him the Cavs are slighly better than the Towson Tigers.

Horrible shot from Curry to end the quarter. You'd think this next quarter will be huge for the series.

I'm all for giving Bron MVP even if the Cavs lose.

I wouldn't be opposed to that. I feel sorry for LeBron. It's not his fault the team around him is a dumpster fire.

All in part because of injuries too. Let's also add that the Cavs owner is still a joke.

I don't. He jumped ship from the Heat under the guise of returning home. Now he's dealing what with almost every team in the East dealt with while he was coasting to the finals the past 5 years.

WAMP WAMP...

None of those East teams would've beaten the Heat outside of MAYBE the 2011 Bulls. No, I don't think the Pacers would've either.

What he's doing in this series is legendary. There's no argument that anyone has been more valuable, I don't care what the result of the series is.

I also don't understand why fans are so pressed about athletes exercising free will to choose their own teams. Do fans stay at crap jobs because of "loyalty?"

I will say that I'm glad Dan Gilbert won't be raising a trophy. That dude is the ultimate tool.

It's somewhat different, when speaking about the teams. He was still with friends and making essentially the same money. Also, it's not often you get drafted in your home state... just to abandon them and return after embarrassing them in the process. These teams are also built for his skillset. So where it seems like he's the only one doing anything, it's because that's what GMS are doing to to cater to his game.

I've also never seen a player with this much control over the roster around by the way. And that Pacers team would've had a better chance than the ulls in my opinion because the Bulls lacked reliable scoring then and still do to this day.

I love how this "should LeBron be MVP" conversation has completely overshadowed the actual game tonight.

It's amazing how quickly the Warriors can start scoring. Hopefully they can keep the foot down and close the series tonight.

Also, I just realised the draft is next week. That's one huge advantage over the NFL.

Can't wait to see which prospects lives the Knicks ruin...

The only drama left is who is going to win MVP (should be Iguodala, but the NBA will hand it to Curry because marketing). This series is done. Sad that it ended on a whimper.
