As Clyde Drexler would say "No doubt about it"..  I always was a fanatic and would get so involved in Blazers games that I would scream and yell at the TV, see them in Philly when I could, try to convert the clueless.   I always anticipated a Lakers Blazers game.   Whats your story?

HarDen on defense this year:

#1 overall in Defensive Win Shares.

#8 overall in Defensive Rating. (#1 amongst Shooting Guards in front of Tony Allen)
#2 amongst SGs in total blocks
#1 amongst SGs in total steals
#2 amongst SGs in total rebounds

Had a big block on DeMarcus Cousins tonight too.

Haters gonna hate.

Not really much of a story. When I started to follow the NBA, I instantly tried to follow a team close to Montana. It was either the Blazers, Jazz, or the Nuggets (Sonics weren't around). Something about the Blazers I became a fan of them instantly. Even when they had their down years, I still rooted for them though my friends would scoff at me for liking them. Now that they're good, it's either crickets I hear from them or just respect.

If you honestly believe he has been a better defender than tony Allen this year, I just can't even seriously respond to that

Yes he has been. Harden has been  one of the best defenders in the league this year. You obviously haven't seen them play much this year. When someone passes the eyetest along with the stats, you know it's correct. But you are one of the many silly people that believe the hype and media. It speaks to your intelligence. The media highlights one play here and there to get some clicks, and you take the bait.

Last year he was truly terrible on defense. This year he has been fantastic. Only time will tell if he can keep it up throughout the season, but so far. Amazing.

Wow. Wiz have looked horrible these last two games. Gotta get their crap together and stop forcing up shots/commiting stupid turnovers.

Hopefully Nene comes back soon. -_-

Did they get spanked last night or what.......disheartening.

Nene can never be relied on but he's so under appreciated when he does play. We've really missed him vs the Hawks and especially Cavs.

Wall needs to relax and stop the stupid passes..ball movement needs improvement as well

Finally got NBA League Pass. Payday for the win!

Big game to open my subscription, at Indiana. Even if we lose here, I'd be happy if we just look fairly cohesive and Oladipo starts getting back to form.

Not too confident going into Portland tonight.. They're a tough team

Well you guys are looking good so far against us. You usually do.

Really expected it to be a close game... Blazers made a little run but man grizzlies are just rolling right now

Even with the terrible foul shooting tonight by the Grizz

Marc Gasol is just ridiculous this year so far... 20+ points in the 2nd half tonight

Grizzlies are really close to being undefeated right now... Lost on a last second shot to bucks and were missing literally half the team against raptors and lost by 4

Crazy good start and yet 4th place dallas is only 3 games behind.. Ridiculous division

They lost, first time in 9.  I wish we could do a 9 game win streak like that.  Actually, I believe that is what we need for the SB.

Grizzles stop the win streak. Marc Gasol deserves a bit part in an Old Spice Commercial.  I hope OKC stays mediocre.

Much props to the Grizz. Most underrated team. Let the Cavs have the same record and the media would worship them. In recent times, we tend to struggle not only with the Grizz, but the Suns too.

On another note, we're 12-4. Some other team (not in the NBA) could also be 12-4, but I just can't put a finger on what team it is. I'll figure it out....eventually.

Add one to the win column and subtract one from the loss side, and you have the Raptors' current record. And they get the talent-less (save for Kobe) Lakers tonight. And the Raptors don't have DeMar DeRozan tonight, due to that adductor longus... whatever-it-was tear. I feel that Hansborough, Lou (Williams) and Vasquez might be among those who'll step up tonight and blow the Lakers out of the water.

Losing to the Lakers would be just as awful as today's loss. Hopefully DeRozan comes back healthy because I enjoy watching your Raptors play.

When I get home the first thing I'm doing is firing up NBA League Pass and seeing how the Magic got on.

Not expecting a whole lot, mind. Usually it's the Ravens making other results easier to bear, not the other way around.

They made it difficult for themselves, but a win's a win. :o

Honestly, one of the things I was most excited to see was Elfrid Payton and Victor Oladipo on the court together. They're a good two or three years off being a regular pairing though, imo. Both need a lot of work offensively (though I kinda love Payton's distribution skills).

The rest of this road trip will be brutal, including visiting the Clips and the Warriors (welp). Getting one over the Jazz and having Payton look better than Dante Exum would be one of those satisfying moments that make life worth living though - in the same ball park as watching the Bengals collapse in the playoffs last year.

A Sixers first round pick just got named Euroleague MVP for November.

So we got that going for us, which is nice.

Have a feeling you guys pull a upset over the spurs tonight. I have no reason behind it. Purely a bold, gut feeling.

I support this...

Someone in that division needs to lose a few games

Anyone watching Heat/Wiz

Wall might of just had a career half. He looks like he's on a whole other level right now
