This one would have to be Scott Mitchell or Lee Evans. I guess given the consequences, Evans takes the prize, but Mitchell was probably the worse trade, given what he was expected to be (ie starting QB).

Terrell Owens was a non-starter.  He never played a down and the Ravens were compensated...for his lack of faith.

 

To my mind it was Lee Evans.  Had it not been for his underachieving posterior, we would have been in back-to-back Super Bowls.

idk, Lee did actually make some good grabs for us near the end of that season, and in the playoffs. He was starting to feel like a hero. till that drop

But to answer the question, I would have to say that Evans is the biggest bust. T.O. is up there, but he never was officially a Raven, and he sure the heck never acted like one, so we actually probably made out pretty good on that one.

Yeah he was. If he didn't hurt his foot in the pre season he may have had a good year. I remember in that Pats game he made that cool 1 hander on the sideline. But it's amazing how 1 play can label your career ...
