The trailer might be what the gameplay will be like. It looks really cool as I have grown up playing MK since I was a kid. I love Sub Zero design. Not to big on Scorpions design. Can't wait to see other characters.

Trailer looks awesome. The gameplay won't be quite as fluid but it should definitely be a big step up from the last instalment.

I think they've pretty much ran MK into the ground at this point, especially in the exhibition & tournament modes.  If they could branch out in the mini-games like they did in the past with MK Kart, MK Chess, etc., I could buy into it.  I really got a kick out of Konquest mode on MK: Deception and MK: Mythologies - Sub-Zero...

 

...don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a good fatality and would be interested to see the character lists and abilities, both old and new.  There just has to be something more to these types of games for me to take a solid interest.  Hopefully MKX will offer that.

You gotta stay away from mainstream. Lots of good games out there that people play. COD really sucks...
