who will be the biggest sleeper draft pick?

Yep. A reach is when you draft a guy way before anyone else would have considered taking him. Doesn't matter how he plays, just matters that you could have gotten him later on.

But sometimes it is good to reach on a guy, if you think he will have a big positive impact.

I don't think he's a reach if he plays well. For example, I no longer consider Kyle Long to be a reach, especially if he continues to play well. Many thought Sheldon Richardson was a reach, but how dumb does that look now?

It's impossible to say whether a team would or would not take a player earlier or later. Too me, I base it on play

Jimmy Graham was considered a reach when he was selected...

I think many of this year's later picks will pan out and be good, but I also think Campanero will turn out to be very good in 2 or 3 years. He has the advantage of playing with and learning from one of the best slot guys in the NFL, and I just like his game.

Watch out for Campanaro. I watched all the tape I could find on him.

I have absolutely no idea how that guy made it into the 7th Round

He plays like a juiced up Welker.

Sleeper: Gilmore, i think fans are starting to warm to him, but i don't think most expect much out of them except solid play. I actually think he's a younger version of Owen Daniels but more gritty do to his defensive background. The guy is still growing as a TE so i really like his potential.

Best Value: Camp, i think this guy can be a heck of a slot guy and returner. Kubes makes this pick for me. He'll creatively use Camp unlike our previous OC. It's not uncommon to see guys like him drafted late, but there were a few slot type guys drafted this year and he has the chance to be the best of the bunch.

Biggest Impact: Brooks, being a FSU fan I've watched this guy the last 3 years and tell you he's a baller. He's a complete Safety and a really strong leader. Much like his time at FSU he'll go unnoticed by people outside of Baltimore because his name might not be as big as others but he'll quickly become a fan favorite.

Gilmore's going to do some big things for us.

At first I hated the pick. Watched some more of him and I love his upside.

Mosley will beat out Art Brown and be a starter this year. Jernigan will definitely be in the D-line rotation. Brooks is the wild card for me this year. He has to beat out Stewart who by all accounts is playing lights out in the OTAs and is comfortable with Spagnuolo. Gillmore will get some reps in blocking situations but not enough to breakout. Taliaferro has a chance to break out early when he shares the ball with Pierce the first couple of games. He has a great chance to be a starter by the end of the season. Urban will not suit up this year in too many games nor will Urshel. Wenning will beat out Tyrod for #2 behind Flacco. Campanaro has a chance to break out in special teams as a punt returner and a slot receiver this year. So my pick would be Campanaro as the sleeper hit this year!

I really like Campanero as well, he strikes me as a low ceiling / high floor kinda guy...that is to say, I think it is unlikely that he will not develop into a useful player, but he won't be a guy you build your offense around either.

Considering he nearly went undrafted, I expect a fifth arrest of the off-season...Ozzie will be booked on Grand Larceny, WR

You do not know that anyone else would not have drafted him after the Ravens pick, unless you have inside information. He was a reach according to ESPN and NFL network maybe that doesn't mean the professional scouts agreed.

Even if Brooks doesn't beat out Stewart this year, he'll start the year after.

I actually saw several sports sites have Gilmore as a fourth round prospect. NFL.com seemed to be the odd man out in terms of where he was expected to go. And you can't say other's would not have drafted him in the fourth round before the Ravens got to pick. Especially have his great Senior Bowl performance.

Apparently Gillmore was told a few times that a team in the 3rd was going to take him, but trades, other players falling, etc. changed the scope a bit.  Internet value isn't the correct value.  Scout value is, and we don't know scout value.  It seems like there was definitely a high likelihood he would have been gone real soon had we passed on him in the 3rd.

I'm really interested in seeing M. Camp these coming weeks and during the preseason. I really like his quickness and as someone stated earlier I think he could become a serviceable player by year 2 or 3. Interested in seeing Brent Urban in live action also.
