Willing to bet the real storyline here is, "3 guys wearing Ravens paraphernalia were removed from a bar in OC for being rowdy"

Gotta love the media.

Yeah.

Kind of makes you miss the good old days of Kenny Stabler and Joe Namath, don't it? Closing down the bar on Sat. night, playbook in hand, and the media loving it.

you get kicked out if someone turns around and their elbow knocks a drink out of your hand and a bouncer sees it.

if a bouncer ever sees you stumble into someone, youre likely getting kicked out.

if you have a serious issue with this happening, on memorial day weekend, then please just lighten up.

Were they arrested/ No. Did they leave? Yes. No story. Typical that a Steeler fan brought up this thread.

I say Non story, yes.  Agree.

Non issue, no far from it.

I cant say its nothing or its no big deal.  Bad things are more likely to happen when you are drunk.  You are opening the door for more opportunities for bad things.

This particular situation calls for a lecture and a finger shaking at worst.  The best way to avoid trouble is to not  go looking for it

I saw quite a bit about this on another site. Apparently it was actually a player's cousin that was overly drunk, not one of our players. There was no trouble, they left quietly. Besides, who (of age anyhow) hasn't gotten drunk in Ocean City?

Of age. Have never been to Ocean City. Ergo... I am the exception.

It's a bar. You're going to drink. They cooperated and left quietly. This is a non-story, lets move on. The people freaking out are probably kids too young to drink anyhow.

Agreed, am I the only one glad no dui/accident... Seems they (hopefully) did something right & either call a cab or have a driver

Just selfish man.  There's more than just you on this team.

After watching TMZ video, Jacoby looks bombed and looks like he was resisting a bit. You think a bottle to the head would of been his wake up call. If I am John Harbaugh, I am livid right now. I have no problem with athletes drinking but you are representing a team and an owner when you go out and when you can barely stand, just shows you don't take that role seriously.

I didn't realize that being an athlete meant they couldn't be a normal human being

people need to relax. Y'all acting like all NFL players are boy scouts. Sometimes that rough and ruggedness you see on the field is who they are off the field. No arrests so I'm good.  At least we know the team isn't becoming soft.

I think Jacoby is expendable to be perfectly honest with you guys. He's almost 30 and as a return man they have their sell by dates. He's not the brightest spark on the planet and clearly is capable of being an idiot regardless of past warnings.

Your definition of normal is different than mine.

Sigh....amazing how some of the guys who complain that we 'pass up better talent' to draft high-character guys are now getting their underoos in a bunch over something this petty

Think of what you and the general population do and a player should be able to do that as well

The only reason people think this is an issue is because of the Ray Rice incident earlier on.

Agree completely.

But there is a difference between those who drink in moderation and those who drink to intoxication.

A lot of people drink to intoxication, and they're not a plague on society or anything.

Is this actually a story going around and being talked about? Did the original poster create this article!? The title alone makes me think "so what?"

True, but things happen. Especially in social settings on vacation. I drink, don't drink to intoxication, but Secrets is another story. :)
