[News] Top Ravens' Options In Round 2

No Wagner stinks. @Alaskan Raven, I guess you didnt watch the first game of season vs Denver When Raven Nation missed a Average RT in Michael Oher. He goes down in that game and the RT position was as if nobody was playing at all. Because from the moment Wagner stepped in, it was blow by city for the broncos and Flacco had no time.

Can any one tell me does Rick Wagner stink or is it just that no one has really seen him play? I just dont understand why a lot of fans dont want to give the guy a legitimate shot for the RT spot.

Remember how bad Oher was last year? The fact that Wagner was never plugged in to replace him doesn't speak too highly of Wagner's talent. Other than the re-signing of Monroe, I'm pretty nervous that not much has been done to improve Flacco's protection. We all saw how he plays with pressure constantly in his face last season.

Draft is looking more and more frustrating by the second.

Missed on a Safety early, had a choice between Amaro or Latimer at 48.. But went Jernigan when could of got a NT/DT later.

Now the Rbs are starting to come off the board...

Ughhh.......

Value of Picks Doesnt win you a Superbowl or even get you to the Playoffs. Fulfilling your Needs with Players does

Not only do we have 2 rings but we've been to the playoffs 9 times since 2000.

That's a lot of in depth homework, considering that out of the 10 players that are listed, the actual pick that they made in round 2 isn't even on the list.

So what does that have to do with the value of a Pick compared to picking for what our team actually needs??? If our team Needs a QB and the best QB is available but a DE is still availabvle that is a better player than that available QB are you saying we should pass on the QB even though we already have 2 ,3, or even 4 stout DE's ??? Just interchange the Positions i just mentioned if my question is to difficult to answer, but at least be truthful about it.

If we continue to have solid deep drafts year in and year out I don't understand why people think the FO forgot how to do their job, some people on here act like they have no trust in the FO what's up with that. All I ever see on here is people saying best franchise in the league, best front office, Superbowl Champs, and I love the Ravens. Then when the team doesn't draft who someone at home watching the draft on T.V. wants them to draft then everything they have accomplished over the last 15 years means nothing and they don't know how to do their jobs anymore, those guys need to stay in their lane and leave all of the heavy lifting to the guys who are qualified to do so. Thank You!

Are we looking for a starting QB? No, but if Ngata doesn't sign a extension next year we will need a DT because we will cut him, we are not paying him 16 million again next year, so I would say BPA DT is a higher priority then BPA backup QB.

Who's going to play right tackle - Mosley or Jernigan!!!!!

Last time I checked Moses is still there and we could draft someone else, and we have Wagner and still could sign Winston.

Dude we have.....

95 Lewis-Moore, Kapron           93 Tyson, DeAngelo         99 Canty, Chris           69 Larsen, Cody                       98 Williams, Brandon

... other than Ngata, we drafted 3 DL alone last year, Ohhh and thats not to mention that Tyson is a pretty damn good Lineman himself we can resign for cheap in a few years, Williams is a Str8 Up Beast, and Kapron Lewis was an All Pro too that played in a National Championship. So Why the hurry to Draft another, when we need a OL, we need a Safety, we need a RB, we need some depth at WR??? Like i said you can take any position and integrate it in my last question, Your obviosly didnt reead that part, cuz QB was only a Example. ;)

That's OK, the knock on him is lazy, and after what we just went through the FO probably didn't want a McKinney jr.

Last season proved that ignoring offense year in and year out comes back to bite you in the butt because you have no depth to rely on when people get injured or do not play well.

I guess the brilliant genius that he is who goes by the name of Juan Castillo didn't want Morgan Moses. Ozzie should just kick all the coaches out of the war room and pick based on talent.

I heard ya loud and clear cuz, out of those guys I think only two have a good upside, and that's B-Will, and Tyson. Canty's getting old and I'm a ND fan and Moore was just on a good unit I don't think he will ever start on a Ravens quality defense.

I say we get an RB(WEST)then boost the secondary with CB or S. We can get winston after the draft or Antonio richardson in now. No good WRs left, so i don't think we'll waste any picks there. might get mettenberger in the 6th or 7th though.

It looks like the 49ers will win super bowl 49. Jimmy Ward, Carlos Hyde, and Marcus Martin- wow pretty solid all around. The Seahawks draft has sucked so far.
