That's a fair point. But people have stalled in the past out of either business, unawareness or lack of caring. There were no trades in the UDFA period, and we witnessed members who just signed up fail to show up or retract their participation. In either case, I agree with your general sentiment of the point above.

Assuming you're being serious, I'd rather this took a couple of months to fill out the time before the season.

Yeah that's not happening. Way too many people to get together at once.

Regarding the time limit, just leave it at 24. I doubt people are stressing this as much. In the forum mock, I think the long waits were draining because there was still a pretty large investment of time in the trade/FA periods. This game is more relaxed.
