Owners don't care about the team at all all they care about is profits, not only that but they refuse to put any real thought or effort into getting us a new stadium we have needed forever. We never buy any good players from free agency, we trade away prospects and really good players for usually garbage deals and until the owners are gone we can't do anything. They aren't poor either that's a myth, they are stupidly rich actually but they won't touch their pockets to help the team.

Seattle making splashes, Red Sox making splashes........looks like the A's and the O's will be scratching an clawing to keep up in their divisions. 2015 may be a long disappointing season for both our teams. Hopefully I am wrong.

I feel your pain, the Red Sox added some serious workhorse pitching yesterday and the Royals signed Kendrys Morales to be their DH. Looks like everyone but the O's and A's are bolstering up. I am getting worried, I am afraid of where Max Scherzer and James Shields end up. BTW, some interesting moves and signings - Ervin Santana signs four year deal with the Twin. Kemp goes to the Padres, Rollins to the Dodgers.

Even though I know it's probably best to blow it all up and start over, it kills me to lose Rollins. At this point, I don't really see the harm in keeping the core of our championship team together until they retire. It isn't like we're gonna be any good by the time their careers are over anyway.

If nothing else sleep easy knowing that Pete doesn't own the Phils or Jimmy would have been gone long ago, to the Yankees or Red Sox! Just stay away from Dan! LOL! Good luck, we need it!

This is the first decent trade we have done because we get a decent return for a meh player in norris who is a bit expensive for what he is. The other 5 trades ruined us anyways so it hardly matters.
