2014 Other MLB Teams Thread

All other teams cept the O's.

For those who don't know, I follow 3 teams. O's, A's, and Dodgers. In this thread I will talk all about the A's and Dodgers.

Losing Parker sucks big time. He's a good pitcher with all star potential in my eyes. I mean, Gray is good, as is Straily. But too many injuries.

If Kemp returns to form, somehow, then the Dodgers are my pick to win it all. A lot of good pitchers there.

I'm hoping for the best this year as it is Jeter's last season, but I'm not really expecting much from the Yankees this year.  (Yes, I'm a Yankees fan, I grew up in New York.)

Haren liked good tonight for the Dodgers.

Kershaw, Genkie, Haren, Ryu.

When Clayton gets back look out.....

Dodger fan here too....Would be nice....If I could watch the games on Direct TV.

That would be pretty nice rotation, but the way the Dodger's roll is....when someone goes out with an injury and comes back, its someone else's turn

Lol Ryu is sucking tonight

in addition, the Dodgers had bad luck with lazy fly balls that dropped perfectly in the first inning

I love Dee Gordon lol he's soooooooo fast

Sad to see Matt Moore getting injured. Some people are thinking the worst --- Tommy John.

Good for the O's and the rest of the division though. Still sad.

Strange start to the season for my Giants. Pitching seems to be struggling again but we are putting up some offence with a lot of home runs very unlike SF.

I don't know if anyone already read that article in the last days but I came across this story:

It is the story of Yasiel Puig about how he fled Cuba and all the obstacles he faced during his long journey. A very long read but well worth the time IMO!

I feel so bad for Kershaw throwing a perfect game but getting kind of robbed by an error. Still great performance last night and well deserving of the no hitter!!

Man, watching all of this love for my Yankees captain, Derek Jeter in his final season is touching!  Gonna miss #2 like I do #52.  Thanks for the memories Jeet!

Can someone murder jim johnson already, I called this before the season even started and I am beyond puzzled why he hasn't been traded or fired yet. I mean with every game they give him his already high era goes up and trade value goes down.
