O's were 20-31 in one run games last season, considering the wild card teams had 92 wins last season, we convert 7-8 of those losses to wins, we are in the playoffs last year. O's have to get better at this situation, and the best way is to put the game out of reach to ensure your not in that situation.

He's a real difference maker isn't he? In 2012 he cost us the ALDS, and obviously blew quite a few games last year too. He's just not reliable unless you have a 2 run lead..and even then you'll be throwing cans at the TV.

Opening Day was Omazing!! The crowd was awesome and the game wasn't half bad either

 

My only gripe is with the new graphics for the Hot Dog Race and Crab Shuffle lol. I wasn't feeling it at ALL.

Yeah he stinks and is overpaid, I felt sorry for you guys the last two years in particular, he actually gave up a 6 run and 9 run lead last season for you guys in 1 inning, thats outrageous. Billy beane was an idiot for letting go of balfour and colon and getting him, we needed to keep those guys and buy like nelson cruz and carlos beltran to inject some offense into the squad.

In his defense our entire offense besides McLouth seemingly disappeared that series. He still played poorly though.

Most dangerous lineup in the league when Manny gets healthy, perhaps. Also what looks like a slightly above average pitching staff, I'd be surprised if we're not in the chase for at least a wildcard. Expectations for me is divisional round or bust.

If you guys had bought balfour I would have said you would have a decent chance of getting to ALDS, still think that was silly that showalter backed out on him.
