Na definitely not a starter.. He's best at his current spot..

Usually want your closer to have commanding stuff

That's why you'll see most closers with a ridiculous fastball and one good off speed type pitch usually a nasty slider or changeup

Obviously miller has great stuff but doesn't fit closer role and besides fact he has stamina to stay out there longer so he's the perfect middle reliever
