Trying to hit a good pitcher is the hardest thing I've ever done in sports..

Was never great at the plate in high school but was made a fool by the handful of good pitchers I saw that ended up playing college ball etc.

Hitting is usually always what separates someone from low minors baseball career to actually becoming a career baseball player

Hitting is very difficult.  I could rock a fastball on most occasions, but those breaking balls were always so tough.  I eventually got it down how to recognize it, but I imagine that if you compiled my averages, it would be significantly lower on breaking balls.

Here we go, the untouchables are coming in, and we're gonna have to hear about it, a lot! Mute button's looking good!

Whatever magic KC has, it's not leaving them. They truly are playing like destiny's team, how else could you explain how bad our hitting or lack of hitting has been. Baseball gods are in favor of the Royals this year.

Last time seeing Andrew Miller pitch for the O's?

God I hope not..

I'd take him over pretty much any other player that may or may not return

I wonder if we can make him a starter or at least try it out. He is really good in his spot. Maybe closer?
