I'm not sure if I will ever view Cal the same way again after this series. His broadcasting infuriates me.

Same. Told my friend I blame him lol

Stay classy Royals.

I don't think they know how. Shoot it's not like they go to the playoffs every year, or decade for that matter!

On the bright side no matter who wins the NLCS the Royals are guaranteed to face a true champion. Those teams know how to act unlike these petulant children in Kansas City.

I thought it would be easy to root for them if we lost but apparently I was wrong. They're acting like we are their long time rival or something. This isn't Ravens/Steelers.

I wish i had rooted for the angels. Instead i wanted the Royals and now im totally disappointed i did. I blame Oakland for not finishing these jerks. At least the NL teams as you said, have world series experience. Go NL!

The Orioles will be around next year especially since we'll have Machado, Wieters, and maybe 50% of 2013 Chris Davis if he can correct his bat in the offseason. Can't say the same for a team that should've been eliminated the first game of the playoffs. They will be back to earth by april. A streak they're on is nothing but a fluke (Just like our record in one run and extra inning games in 2012 was).

Good point, I sure am missing Manny, Matt, and Chris right now.

Jones swung at a pitch in the dirt to strikeout?  I've never seen him do that before!

They won't stop pitching to Adam like that.

Hell I wouldn't either.  If he keeps swinging at it, keep throwing it.

Recognizing a breaking ball is one of the toughest things to do in baseball.  Most guys that can't recognize it don't make it very far.  I know it was one of the toughest things I had to do when I played.

Look at that.. A bunt leads to runs

We could've used a couple of those in previous games

the Adam Jones at bat comes to mind.

Do those calls come from coach though?

Huh? You guys blew a huge division lead to sink to the WCPIG... You didn't get closer than anyone else... Because a loss is a loss.

Umm a 7-3 lead coming into the 7th inning plus a lead in the 11th would beg to differ who go the closest don't be silly. If we didn't trade cespedes we probably would have been playing in the ALCS

Yea.. Call like that would..

Because runners would need to know so they could get a jump

Trying to hit a good pitcher is the hardest thing I've ever done in sports..

Was never great at the plate in high school but was made a fool by the handful of good pitchers I saw that ended up playing college ball etc.

Hitting is usually always what separates someone from low minors baseball career to actually becoming a career baseball player
