Here we go! Time to get this season started. Tomorrow is Opening Day so let's have your season predictions.

I'm feeling optimistic, so I'm going with 94 wins.

Let's go O's!

Freaking snowing and raining right now. Hopefully it's better tomorrow.

I've had enough of this crap! I can't take it anymore!

Seriously. I like the winter, but this is getting ridiculous.

If Machado comes back healthy, Davis comes close to the season he had last year, and Ubaldo Jimenez pitches like he did towards the end of last season, we will have 95 wins and win the AL EAST. If two of the things mentioned come true, 92 wins and the first wild car, and if only one of those comes true then 90 wins and the second willd card haha I'm just feeling really optimistic. THIS IS THE YEAR!

I'm going to be more optimistic than most.

96 Wins, AL East Champs and again coming so close to advancing to the World Series but falling short.

There's no way baltimore finish above tampa, boston and new york, if anything baltimore are weaker than last season and chris davis might not hit as many homers (I hope he does though)

Not saying we will definitely finish above any of them but please explain how we are weaker?

Roberts was a good player and had good production last year and he's gone, Nate Mclouth was another solid performer too and he's gone. And then you have a lot of little pieces of depth gone like scott feldman and jason hammell etc But thankfully you got rid of your awful reliever jim johnson and now my team is stuck with him. You did gain nelson cruz and ubaldo jimenez but I think you have lost more than you have gained in the offseason really.

Honestly out of everyone you mentioned... The biggest loss by far was JJ

Roberts did little last year .. Last problem we'll have is replacing Feldman or Hammell

McLouth will be tough to replace because of the type of player he was but Cruz helps our bigs get better pitches on a consistent basis so overall id say Cruz>Mclouth

Roberts had a decent amount of dingers hit if I remember correctly, and JJ is not a loss but a gain since cost you guys at least 6 games last season. And it's not that the orioles are a bad team or anything but the division you'rein is beyond brutal and tampa have some of the best pitching int he league as does boston and boston and new york both have lots of great offensive players. My Oakland A's are gonna be crap this year, we will win the meh division by default and then get bounced out of the playoffs.

wth are you talking about? This is going to be the most dangerous offense in the AL east, pitching has improved with Jiminez. They didnt really lose any talent that wasnt clearly upgraded later other than Johnson. ...

Roberts had a .249 avg last year with 39rbi 8 hr. You can get that production out of any average 2b...

Opening Day! Nothing quite like it! :) My father used to take me out of school for Cincinnati Reds Opening Day when I was a kid. Today, my husband did the same with our oldest son. Best part was that it was a surprise. Two seats behind the home dugout, memories that will hopefully last a lifetime. I am glad baseball season has finally come around again! :) It also means we're inching closer to football season too. ;)
