Yes! Move those chains, move those chains, move those chains, MOVE!

Alex Mack, we're coming for you!

We need a Center and Guard or RT and a Free Safety.

He's getting $3.5 a year, that won't kill us.  I just hope Ozzie realizes he still needs to take advantage of this draft class and draft someone in the first two rounds at that position.

just over 3 mil a year, low guarantee so an easy out, can't argue, just hope it doesn't stop us picking one of these top receivers early.

We are gearing up for our first round pick to be Martin or Dix

Yeah, still hoping for a WR in either of the first two rounds. This does give us a bit of flexibility, and will even allow our new guy to ease himself in for the first couple of years, but I still really want us to pick up a long-term guy this year.

Yep, that's exactly what it is. Just relieves the pressure of needing a 1st round WR .. But in such a deep class, we can find one later on to be mentored/develop.

Now we have two Smiths at WR!

How does Steve Smith compare to Boldin today?

Boldin is a more go up and grab it guy. Smith is a better route runner and still faster with equal hands. Smith was always more talented then boldin but as of right now boldin might be a bit more useful..depends really..if steve smith is in the best shape he can be he is and always was better then boldin

RTs can be found pretty easily, Center yes - but we're probably waiting until post-draft cuts or for the Browns to spend more, and FS can be had in the draft.

steve smith was the best reciever in the league for a couple of years..something neither boldin or mason were. He is also a fitness freak. Great signing but I feel a center is NOW the biggest priority

Yep Center & Free safety

Those are my thoughts. At the same age, Smith is better. Today it's a little closer.

3 years? Seriously? So much for developing any young talent (not named Torrey) on the field for a real long term investment...

Definitely a good price.  Who was posting yesterday offering him $7mil a year?  lol!

Lol I don't know but this is about what I would have given him. Good deal for a great player

I hope we get a WR early in this draft as well.. It's unbelievably stacked and better than last year. Given the production from guys like Keenan Allen (3rd), DeAndre Hopkins (late 1st), Robert Woods (2nd), we'd expect someone like Jordan Matthews and Davante Adams to perform well in their first season

Some people find excuses for us not to get a LEGIT WR but no matter how you put it, we needed a boost. We should still draft one in the 1st anyway.
