We're just making up for the fact that we had no arrests last offseason.

Time to get Ray back into the organization to beat some sense into these kids' heads.

So he headbutted a guy for a misunderstanding...than knocked out a security guard. Where was this agression when it comes to protecting the QB or run blocking??? I knew he was a waste of a pick from the day we got him. We have had o-line problems ever since drafting him and he never developed enough or was good enough  to make in impact which says a lot. He will likely spend the rest of his career as a middle of the pack reserve lineman.

If I was a head coach or a GM I would have an absolute ZERO TOLERANCE policy for strip clubs. I went to a few in my college days and have no clue why so many famous athletes want to flock there. You can smell the diseases in the air and its filled with drunk idiots who are generally up to no good. I guess Jah thought he was Mr bigshot or something tossing around money like he doesn't make the minimum salary :lol3: ...its like that episode of Key and Peele where the guys throws change from his car's cupholder at the strippers.

Time to cut bait and call it quits.

I'm not mad he beat up some people in a bar and got arrested, I'm mad because he's still wasting a roster spot.

Lmao

Want a young team, you will have you team problems, especially without real leaders on this team. None of this stuff is honestly that serious... except maybe the Ray Rice thing.

Kicked and punched a guy while he was down, and then smacked a security guard?  What part of that is not serious?

Guy has to go. Pure and simple and we don't have to justify it cuz we kept Rice. Bad performance. Thats good enough.

This was probably meant for me, so I should clarify that I was kidding.

No, it was all for Jah.

No leadership on this team at all.......none!!!

Not disagreeing, but you can't provide "leadership" during an offseason with limited contact permitted by the CBA.

I might be wrong. But haven't I heard every single year since we drafted this guy that he's missing time with a calf injury? Guy is a 3rd round bust, time to cut bait.

Do we reallly need 'leaders' to tell these guys to not get arrested? Whatever happened to accountability?

Oh, but if Ray Lewis was on the team he would magically prevent players from getting arrested, right? :P

I dont think "magically"  but I dont think you can deny what Ray Lewis brought to this team and organization.

I'm just poking fun. I remember last year analysts being overly dramatic about discipline. Also Ray Lewis questioning the leadership last year saying if he was still around these things wouldn't happen.

if you don't finish fights at the club....the person you beat up goes out to the car to get a gun.

if you going to fight you finish the job and send a message.... or retaliation on you could get ugly/deadly.

I don't know the full details at to the type of crowd....but different rules of respect/fighting apply to different places and different people.

They should make it a rule that any player that's arrested, for any reason, should be removed from professional football. Playing in the NFL is a privilege, not a right.

since you look to be in elementary school according to your avi i will not reply as you are not old enough to understand that being arrested is not a cut and dry situation.
