Just 6%? Torrey is about to move into his first contract after his 2nd round draft money so expect his pay to at least double. 

 

He's talking about a 6% difference in the contract we offer him compared to the contract that other teams offer him.  Not a 6% increase from his current contract to the contract he will sign in the coming year.
