I think it might have something to do with the fact that Toronto is close to two NFL cities in Buffalo and Detroit, plus Toronto is generally an English speaking City, where others like Quebec or Montreal are mostly French Canadians who probably have less interest in Football.

Now, I'm sure if they played a Seahawks game in Vancouver it could go over well.

They should play the PRO Bowl in Calgary in January on a frozen pond. Then I'd watch it.

I remember they played a NFL Preseason game in Sweden with the Vikings, And obviously that's what the majority of the crowd rooted for.  There was a Pro Football act that said the NFL couldn't permanently move teams up there to protect the CFL, or course they had the US Experiment where the Baltimore Stations won it all, but no one cared in the USA elsewhere.

If the Ravens did play a game in England it would be as the visiting team, because on the PSL contract it says "All Ravens home games must be played in Baltimore.

Last night Raiders vs Texans in Mexico. There were couple games in london. Why not expand it to Canada next year? Like one game in Montreal, Toronto and one in Vancouver.

I may be wrong but don't the Bills usually play in Toronto for 1 game. I know they used too. I'm a little leery about taking home games away from the cities they play in tho. Not just for the fans but the businesses too.

South Americans actually really like football. I've got friends in Brazil and they all love it. Unfortunately most of them are Brady fans. If you watch Brazilian soccer it kinda makes sense.

The NFL will return to Mexico City in 2017 and 2018. The NFL has announced that The Patriots will play the Raiders in Mexico City in 2017. The Steelers were looking into playing in Mexico City in 2017 but they may be playing in 2018, also against the Raiders. The Steelers have a road game against Oakland in 2018 per the schedule rotation.

what about keep the NFL teams in USA, and bring a modern NFL Europe back.

Football in Europe is so much bigger than 10 years ago.
there would be more benefits for the NFL teams:
Backup QBs would have opportunities to play and european players have an easier access to the NFL (considering that more international players (like from germany) are playing now in the NFL)

Then you also have good broadcast times.
Super Bowl starts at 12:30 am in most of Europe

Well that would probably be a better idea than actually moving a team to London, as has been discussed sometimes recently. Apart from the fact that probably no FA would want to join a team abroad (putting the "small market" problems of some teams on another level, even though London is no small market at all^^) it would also be a logistical nightmare, the travel times should not be underestimated. Being a global league is a nice goal, but at what cost?

That being said a new version of NFL Europe would be very nice, it would probably heighten the level of play in Europe and would serve as a further push to the sport there. The groundwork is probably much better than the last time NFL Europe was around.

I agree NFL Europe would be better.
Plus another problem in my opinion is besides that nobody would want to relocate to London that taxes in EU are way higher than in the US. Which would make it even less appealing to players

I always forget that that factors in as well and drives guys to Miami and other "friendly" locations concerning taxes. Probably too much of a "romantic" view about the sports world still. An NFL team in London would in general just seam odd, though. Travel too games away from home is far enough in the US already, you don't need 8 teams flying to London every year. (Well actually you kind of got that already...^^) Plus what team would want to make the cross Atlantic flight 8 times in a season, not factoring in possible play offs?^^

I really believe a new version of NFL Europe could be successful nowadays. The view of Football in Europe has changed so much in the past years...

I agree with most of your points. But money speaks though esp for RG.

NFL Europe would really help the players, gain playing time and evolve

Money talks is probably the saddest sentiment about the modern sports world.^^

Anyways, the difference in attendance between the old NFL Europe an current football teams in Europe is stunning. I know the gap in play is huge and marketing far away from NFL standards, but it's amazing how they were able to mobilize people compared to todays status quo.
