The homepage has one for Windows, Andriod, and Apple.  The message board does not have an app, but it does have a mobile version.  There is an update coming in a few months to the mobile version webpage of the message board.  What exactly are you looking for?

Sites really buggy/jumpy last few days on mobile

Been redirected a few times to that *service unavailable* we used to get all the time

We were down a couple times the last hour on the forum side, Invision is aware and they are looking in to it. We still have not heard anything firm about the upgrades, last year we got 72 hr 'window' but did not have an exact day/time
