Ravens have got too much depth at TE (except Witten) & FB; listening to offers (players, picks or even swap of places in any round)

Chiefs looking for picks.

Might be wise to put up a depth chart so people can see who you actually have...

still looking at trading back from 31 for a 2nd and 3rd/4th (depending on value) or for player covering need at ILB or DB plus pick(s)

Packers are still shopping the following players:

DE/DT Mike Daniels - PFF 6th highest rated 3-4 DE at +22.4, and 5th best pass-rushing DE piling up 39 total pressures in just 333 pass rush snaps. Has the flexibility to play in both 3-4 and 4-3 schemes. Looking for a high pick or similarly talented player in return. Only .5 stars

DT Jerel Worthy - Former 2012 2nd round pick is more of a run-clogger than rusher, but has flashed the ability to get after the QB with a quick first step. Was injured last year, but has the talent to be a starting caliber DT. Looking for a mid-late round pick in return. .5 stars.

OT Derek Sherrod - Former 2011 1st round pick has dealt with injuries but is going into the 2014 fully healthy. Quality OL depth that can play OT or OG. Just looking for a late round pick in return. 1.5 stars.

Daniels is an outstanding player. But Worthy struggled in 2012. Was a slightly above average run defender and a porous pass rusher, so whether he's starter worthy is certainly debatable. Sherrod is likely a cut candidate.

Just weighing my options at the moment, but I'm considering trading for a salary dump player. It obviously has to be a solid player. Looking for preferably younger help across the Defensive Line, someone with either pass rushing ability, or capable of filling the Red Bryant role. Also could use help at WR, TE and LB. PM me if you have someone you're willing to part with. Likely one of your last chances to clear a major amount of cap space before the DB FA period while getting something in return.

Open to trading:

Abhtyba Rubin (6.5 stars) - He's a little expensive, but he's a damn solid player who fits in the 4-3 and 3-4.  Looking for a mid round pick in return or secondary help.

Quentin Groves (1 stars) - Not expecting to move him, but he's a solid situational pass rusher and can play DE in the 4-3 or OLB in the 3-4.  Will take anything.

Phil Taylor (1 star) - Only open to trading for a high pick or a starting CB.

Worthy was a rookie so he struggled a bit mostly in the pass-rush department, but the ability to be a starter is there. He logged close to 500 snaps which is respectable for the position especially as a 2 down run defender with upside.

Sherrod is finally healthy for possibly the longest stretch of his career and there are really no signs that he would be cut. The last report I read lists him as the 6th OL meaning he will be a back-up at either guard or tackle and be used in jumbo packages.

It was almost entirely. I'm not sold on the ability, but then again, I wasn't able to watch his tape. That aside, logging under 500 snaps on a Defensive Line that could've used a consistent fixture for a 2nd round selection is arguably disappointing. Ryan Pickett saw significantly more snaps at 33, and he was used primarily as a run stuffing NT. Not to mention that Worthy was the second worst graded player on the entire defense in 2012.

I meant in our FM. He's likely a cut candidate.

But Worthy graded positively as a run defender. In reality he was being played out of position at DE and once again was just a rookie. The upside is still there for sure and 500 snaps is nothing to sneeze at for a DLineman.

He did, barely. He finished with a +1.5 in run defense, exactly the grade earned in this facet in their week 2 match up. There wasn't a better position for him on the team, unless you're suggesting he'd be a better fit in the 4-3, with which I wouldn't argue. He still has upside, but labeling him as starter worthy at this very moment is a bit of stretch, unless it's on a poor unit.

A positive grade is still a positive grade. He's a solid run defender with upside and yes he could absolutely be a starter in a 4-3.

And an overall negative grade is still a negative grade. That was before the ACL tear. You're entitled to your opinion, as I am to mine, but to proclaim that he could absolutely start at this point is arguably a stretch.
